Wood for fireplaces is NOT provided - bring with you as any wood on the property is too wet/too green to use. There is no cancellation for bad weather. Roads are plowed by the Ranch when 6 inches accumulates, and my driveway is plowed by a contracted person as soon as the Roads have been done.Other things to note:Trash is PACK OUT or you can arrange for trash pickup for an additional fee, based on your length of stay. Trash bags are provided - you must take your trash with you when you depart unless otherwise arranged. Trash is never to be left outside - in bags or otherwise. Pagosa Springs Transfer station is located at 2140 CR 500 (Trujillo Road) and is open from 8am - 5pm.Please take note of the stairs and gaps between the log railings on the deck. Not appropriate for toddlers/infants, minimum age 6.Outdoor cameras are posted on the exterior of the property so be honest about your number of guests - kids count!
