Our beautiful waterfront cottage is perfect for your family getaway or a couple's retreat. One-of-a-kind piece of property sitting right on Lake Moultrie. The property includes a private dock and ramp access for your boat. Ample indoor and outdoor space, including a screened in back porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunset, firepit area, even a fish cleaning station on the dock. Catfish can be caught right off the dock and cleaned before you head back to the cottage to cook them. The main level houses the family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room along with the master bedroom and one additional bedroom, each with their own bath. A full size washer and dryer, all bedding is provided and towels in all three baths. The great room is perfect for your family to play games, tell stories, or watch your favorite movie. Although you will probably find yourself on the screened porch watching the lake at its best or enjoying the covered dock.
