The staff at reception were very helpful and prompt. The room was comfy. There was only one chair to watch tv, so someone had to sit on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Had dinner at Zack’s. I had a steak which was excellent and my husband had chicken with garlic sauce. He said it was so tender. The bar staff were friendly and knew their drinks. Close to the Empire Theatre.

The staff were absolutely LOVELY and so helpful!! The only disappointment was the “breakfast included” - it cost me $50 extra to include it, but when I got there it was literally a $50 voucher? So … felt like a bit of a rip off. No unlimited coffee or juice like I have received from other places - next time I wouldn’t include it and would spend $50 elsewhere if there was no bonus to including it in the room price. Otherwise the stay was great!

Guest UserThe room is simple, but the price is cheaper than hotels in big cities. Breakfast is cereal and milk drinks given in advance, microwaved by yourself, and saw this breakfast for the first time. It is recommended to add a budget to stay at the hotel in the center of Toowoomba town.
