The front desk staff even helped us with our luggage and showed us to the parking area, which was very thoughtful. When we checked in, they also gave my child kids' slippers and a toothbrush – very nice! In the morning, we went upstairs for breakfast, and the food was delicious. If I have the chance to visit Bama again, I'll definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

I stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk. I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change. When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible. It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime. There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert.
