The service, as always, was excellent. This time, I only stayed for a day due to an unexpected event. However, I was lucky enough to experience the hotel in cloudy, sunny, and rainy weather, which was a pleasant surprise amidst my busy schedule. During this stay, I noticed many new faces, but it was great to see some familiar ones too. From check-in to check-out, the human-centric service was consistently thoughtful and attentive. Leo checked me in, and Kelly checked me out; the service was great, and the check-in process was smooth and organized. It's a bit of a shame I didn't get to see Mike this time; his attentive service during my stay last year left a deep impression, and it was largely because of him that I recommended this hotel to many friends – that's one regret. My second regret is that there was another staff member, a bit plump and without glasses, whose name I forgot to ask, but his service was also excellent. All in all, the service is great, the environment is beautiful, it's quiet and dignified, leaving me completely satisfied.

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

It's a very new hotel, only a 15-minute drive from Anaya, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it's a new hotel, so the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. It had a smart electric heated toilet, and the shower had a strong water pressure. I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was also excellent; I requested an extra blanket, and they provided it in the room – very thoughtful! The breakfast was passable, but considering it's off-season and the price, you can't expect too much. A bowl of hot wontons in the morning was quite nice. Overall, I was satisfied!

Come to Anaya with my mother, finally live in a long-term friendship home. The hotel is retro and restrained, and every corner is very beautiful. The ”first chapter” we stayed in had a small terrace, facing the North Shore Auditorium, with a comfortable view. The welcome gift is very rich, the hotel theme canvas bag, Lujia body milk, and a variety of snacks and drinks. The taste of the Yumar series of washing in the room is also fresh and just right, and these details are very good. The location is also suitable for slow shopping. Downstairs is the HAY Home Store and the file newspaper pavilion, opposite the North Shore Auditorium, a few steps to Chuntai and D+dd. The whole block is a good-looking store, it is very easy to eat and stroll. The hotel's meal coupons can be selected from the eighth canteen, the ninth canteen or a→z Coffee, and there is no special card for breakfast, which is very friendly to the late star. The hotel also has its own shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go to the beach near the north shore, without going all the way to the sun. Finally, I praised the staff, who were very patient and friendly throughout the stay, and the communication was very comfortable. If you come to the north shore, you really want to live again. 🤍

My stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. Freesia and Owen were so gentle and handled the check-in process very quickly. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and it was spacious with excellent natural light. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries, and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel environment was quiet, and it was convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely recommend!

The room is relatively new and comfortable. It is not very convenient to eat nearby, but it is OK if you drive. The hotel breakfast is OK, the variety is not too rich but it is clean and hygienic, and the service is also good. It is not good to wait for the room inspection before checking out.

Everything was great, except for a strong, eye-stinging smell from renovations when we first walked in. After running the air purifier for a bit, the smell disappeared. I was initially surprised to see such a large air purifier, but then I understood why it was there! We kept it running 24/7 during our entire stay, which was excellent – the hotel really thought of everything. The service and breakfast buffet were both very good, and there's a swimming pool too. There's also a small convenience store inside the hotel, which is handy for buying things. The only downside is that there aren't many washing machines, so everyone was queuing up to do laundry. One time, I had to wait until 1 AM to finally get my turn. I hope the hotel can think of a way to improve this aspect.

I went to Yutian with my family and booked a newly opened Yushe Hotel. The overall stay experience is very comfortable, and it is worth giving full marks in all aspects. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the washing area, bedding, and corners are clean and refreshing. My husband has a cleanliness, and I feel very satisfied and like it very much. The location of the store is excellent, and it is very close to any scenic spot. It happens to be separated from the main entrance of Anaya. The environment in the park is quiet and the sound insulation effect is outstanding. The staff is friendly, the procedures are efficient, the small needs raised will be properly handled, and the service attitude is very good. The room design is exquisite, warm, fully functional, the network is smooth, the bath hot water is stable, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is rich in choices, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, the price is very close to the people, and there is no extra charge. Whether it is traveling alone, short trips for couples, or family travel, business office, it is suitable, the price is very high, because the hotel is very comfortable, so this trip makes me feel good to fly, and I will give priority to this one.

The room was spacious, with separate bathroom and shower rooms. The sink was conveniently located near the entrance. The window offered a great view of the street. The central air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet. There were parking spaces in front of the hotel, and since I didn't go on a weekend, I was able to park. The sweet potato and corn porridge at breakfast were particularly memorable – they were sweet, sticky, and delicious. Other dishes included hot vegetables like green beans… It was decent for a hotel in a small town, and shopping and dining options were nearby…

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has a great location and is convenient for travel. There are many restaurants near the hotel. But the room facilities are average - there is no refrigerator, the windows cannot be opened or closed, and the luggage cart at the front desk is not easy to use. Compared with the small county of Changli, this is quite good.
