This was our first time visiting Aranya, and we chose this family-friendly vacation rental. Overall, we had a great stay. The host was very kind, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We stayed in Phase 6, which has a great location—just a short walk to the beach. The room even included beach toys for the kids, which they loved. It was also very close to the bike rental area and plenty of restaurants, making everything very convenient. Since we arrived late on our first night, we noticed the bed sheets needed a little more attention, We contacted the host and property manager, and they quickly arranged for housekeeping to take care of it early next day. We really appreciated their prompt response. Hopefully, the Aranya housekeeping team can be a bit more careful in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

The facilities are new, fully functional, high automation, clean, tidy, fresh, professional front desk service, fast response speed, warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. Come to Anaya with my mother, finally live in a long-term friendship home. The hotel is retro and restrained, and every corner is very beautiful. The ”first chapter” we stayed in had a small terrace, facing the North Shore Auditorium, with a comfortable view. The welcome gift is very rich, the hotel theme canvas bag, Lujia body milk, and a variety of snacks and drinks. The taste of the Yumar series of washing in the room is also fresh and just right, and these details are very good. The location is also suitable for slow shopping. Downstairs is the HAY Home Store and the file newspaper pavilion, opposite the North Shore Auditorium, a few steps to Chuntai and D+dd. The whole block is a good-looking store, it is very easy to eat and stroll. The hotel's meal coupons can be selected from the eighth canteen, the ninth canteen or a→z Coffee, and there is no special card for breakfast, which is very friendly to the late star. The hotel also has its own shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go to the beach near the north shore, without going all the way to the sun. Finally, I praised the staff, who were very patient and friendly throughout the stay, and the communication was very comfortable. If you come to the north shore, you really want to live again. 🤍

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was also great – quiet despite being in a busy area, and the park bus stop was right outside, making it very convenient. The butler was very responsive and provided impeccable service. Ordering takeout was also very convenient, saving the hassle of queuing at the cafeteria or restaurant by dining in the room.

My daughter and grandson came to visit, so we went on a 2-day, 1-night trip to Anaya, a place I had only heard about before. It turned out to be a much better time than I expected. We were particularly worried about finding accommodation, but they upgraded our room because we had children with us. They provided detailed explanations and friendly service, and the place was clean; it felt like they paid attention to every detail, so everyone was satisfied. The room is relatively new and comfortable. It is not very convenient to eat nearby, but it is OK if you drive. The hotel breakfast is OK, the variety is not too rich but it is clean and hygienic, and the service is also good. It is not good to wait for the room inspection before checking out.

My stay at Beidaihe Health Valley Hotel was absolutely wonderful, a definite five-star experience. The hotel environment is peaceful and relaxing overall. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortably laid out, and the bedding was so soft – it really made for a restful stay. Jason's service was exceptional; he was warm, polite, and responded promptly to any requests. He was also very patient when resolving issues. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The facilities are comprehensive, and the overall atmosphere is great. The hotel offers fantastic value for money, making it perfect for either a relaxing getaway or a short vacation. This stay was incredibly comfortable and the experience was top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Beidaihe, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was spacious, with separate bathroom and shower rooms. The sink was conveniently located near the entrance. The window offered a great view of the street. The central air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet. There were parking spaces in front of the hotel, and since I didn't go on a weekend, I was able to park. The sweet potato and corn porridge at breakfast were particularly memorable – they were sweet, sticky, and delicious. Other dishes included hot vegetables like green beans… It was decent for a hotel in a small town, and shopping and dining options were nearby…

We had a wonderful five-day, four-night stay at Arcadia. The hotel butler greeted us warmly, upgraded our room to a sea-view, and even helped with our luggage. They left daily messages asking if we needed anything, which was so thoughtful. The hotel environment is excellent, with a spacious lawn where kids can play soccer. It's also very close to the beach. In front of the hotel, there's a swimming pool, and the hot spring center has various hot tubs and pools. Every evening, there's a bonfire party on the beach. Overall, there are so many activities – it's a great place for families with children. The breakfast selection is rich, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with comprehensive facilities and a sufficient supply of drinking water daily. In summary, we had a delightful five days at Arcadia and made beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back next summer.
