WWoxinggugudemaoningThe service was great! My child left their chopsticks in the restaurant, and the staff washed them and brought them back to our room. The hygiene was excellent; the room was cleaned promptly, and all the disposable amenities were replaced with new ones. The soundproofing of the hotel was also very good. I'm a light sleeper, so I specifically requested a quiet room, and they assigned us a corner room. However, there wasn't much to do within the Rushi Hai area itself.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely stunning! The design is incredibly chic, showcasing unique taste and style at every turn. The main entrance and lobby are truly breathtaking. I arrived on Children's Day and had to wait a bit to check in, but the staff sincerely apologized and even offered a complimentary drink voucher for the lobby bar. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the sea-view balcony offered an unbeatable vista. My family even joked, 'Beidaihe has really stepped up its game!' The breakfast was extensive and well-balanced, and the restaurant had a great view. The staff were very proactive in clearing plates. In the evening, there was a foreign singer performing in the lobby bar, which was lovely. I ordered a cocktail; the price was reasonable, and it tasted fantastic. The beach is just a five-minute walk downstairs, with fine sand that my child absolutely loved. The outdoor pool was also excellent. InterContinental really excels at family-friendly offerings, with a kids' club, indoor pool, and library all well-equipped. There are also plenty of adult entertainment facilities, so you won't get bored even if the weather isn't great. I didn't get to try the water park, but I'll definitely be back. Supermarkets and restaurants are conveniently located nearby and are affordably priced. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. Finally, I really want to commend the service of our butler Kris and the other housekeeping staff – they were incredibly attentive, patient, and always ready to help. Beidaihe truly is not what it used to be. Highly recommend!!

NNiu_anjingEnvironment: The facilities in the Qili Sea Scenic Area of Yutian are very comprehensive in all aspects, the overall environmental planning of the resort is very good, the wetland scenery is cured during the day, and the night lighting performance is beautiful. Hygienic: The rooms are cleaned very clean, the public areas are always clean, and the place to go is very refreshing. The good sanitary environment greatly improves the stay experience. Service: This time I stayed in the science fiction courtyard for two nights. I especially want to praise the small courtyard housekeeper. The response speed is fast and all questions are answered patiently. The needs of large and small will be met as much as possible, and the service is impeccable. And all the staff in the scenic spot are very good, all the smiling staff can be seen everywhere, the attitude is gentle and friendly, the overall holiday atmosphere is particularly good, very suitable for short trips, highly recommended!
