GGuest UserAwesome! I originally stayed here because there was a washing machine, but after I came in, I was pleasantly surprised in every place. Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good. The laundry room even provides laundry detergent~
It is really a well-managed hotel. I have become a member this time and plan to stay at Atour in the future.
GGuest UserThis time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars.
The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home.
Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~
AAnonymous UserFacilities: Brand new hotel, smart toilet, smart curtains
Sanitation: Very clean
Environment: Next to the market
Service: I wanted a room not facing the road, and the front desk arranged it for me. It was very good and clean, but a little cold. The air conditioner was not very hot, maybe I didn't know how to operate it. It was very quiet and convenient for shopping.
AAnonymous UserThe service quality of the hotel is very good. The security guard is enthusiastic and helps with luggage. The service quality of the front desk is very good and he actively solves problems. The room is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is very close to places to eat. It is very convenient and the transportation is also very convenient.
PPiaoye07The location of the hotel is very good, there is parking space, and it is convenient to travel. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the palace and the museum. The hotel's front desk and room service staff were all very nice, and they even gave me mooncakes on the night of my check-in, which happened to be August 16th. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. The breakfast tastes good. The only problem is that our room is close to the elevator. The elevator makes a loud noise when it starts up at night, which is too disturbing for sleep, so the facilities cannot be given full marks.
GGuest UserThe room is clean, hygienic and comfortable, with no odor. The bedding and towels are clean and hygienic, with no odor. The front desk, restaurant, and security room service are warm and courteous. The buffet dinner provided by the hotel has a reasonable mix of meat and vegetables and a wide variety of vegetables. Rich breakfast. Parking is convenient and self-service laundry is convenient.
CCHUNG HSIU CHENCheck-in in Hami is a bit strict; the front desk staff aren't familiar with the procedures, so the wait can be quite long. The hotel building is relatively new, but the elevators are very dirty due to the large number of people coming and going! The good thing is that the rooms are very large and have sofas, which is a nice touch!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a ground parking lot and a charging pile. I have booked this place back and forth in Xinjiang. The front desk has always been polite and welcoming. The security guard is also very reliable. I feel at home. I hope that I will be pet friendly next time. ~
CCammienoodleWe had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.
GGuest UserThe hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.
