The environment is great, and the hotel is conveniently located. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive! I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future, highly recommended!

酒店位置好找，導航精準，附近有洗車店。前台小姑娘態度挺好，給升級了房間，説是比之前的大一點（也不知道攜程定的是什麼樣的），房間乾淨衞生，床單被子雖然不是新的，但很乾凈，床和枕頭睡着舒服，早上7：30去吃早餐，結果酒店是8點開餐（我們還認為是常規的7點開餐，去早了），但可以有什麼吃什麼，台上東西不多，勉強吃了一點。不足：整體感覺哈密這家維也納國際不大氣。如：1.衞生間護髮素已經按不出來了，裡邊還有點，但是瓶子被固定在枱子上，根本無法倒出；瓶子裏的洗手液也衹剩一個底兒；2.因要長期服中葯，需自己煎，原來出門都是自己帶大桶水，後來大多數酒店都能滿足用水需求，近兩年也就不帶了，酒店前台説一次最多給6小瓶，雖然人家是按規定辦事，但很覺無語，凡事就怕對比：昨天在嘉峪關全季入住，跟前台説要瓶裝水，很快機器人就送來8瓶，前台還説不夠隨時打電話；前天住的銀川維也納國際，電梯處就放着水，需要就去取，雖然事不大，但提現出周到的服務；3.因早餐去早了，吃的東西還不多，老公問正在操作枱上煮麪的女廚師能不能要碗麪，當即被拒絕説沒有，緊接着就撈出一碗麪給了餐廳保安；4.早餐的水果不新鮮，庫爾勒香梨有的已經蔫了且磕碰傷多，看着不乾淨，貌似沒洗過，杏子大小的油桃尖尖也是爛的，因已經用手拿過了，不好再放回去，就準備帶走，那個女廚師馬上制止説不能往外帶（倒是很負責的），等我老公説到時候評價時説下時，她馬上又説，拿吧拿吧，不夠還有。再對比一下全季，入住時前台小姑娘説第二天路上可能無法吃午飯，早餐後可以帶一點路上吃，早餐時就多拿了2個小籠包，人家不但不阻止，還貼心的給了一個袋子。不比不知道，一比差距就很明顯了。總之，在這裏沒有客人是上帝以及賓至如歸的感覺。

You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient. Disadvantages: The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter. There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

Just next to the train station. The room is large, and the most important thing is the service. The front desk will answer all your questions. The hotel provides laundry service. There is no clothes dryer. You can leave it in the room to dry. The waitress is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude, which is worthy of praise. Check the room from time to time and make it very clean.

The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different guests' needs. Every morning was a delightful experience. I have to mention how incredibly comfortable the bedding was – the soft mattress and clean sheets ensured I enjoyed a sweet sleep every night. Overall, this stay left a very deep impression on me. Both the hardware and software aspects of this hotel are of a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to staying again.

Breakfast is unbeatable. The service is also very good. Unlimited bottled mineral water. The location is also excellent, just ten minutes' walk from the train station. Recommended for business travelers.

The disadvantage is that the smell of smoke is particularly large, and it is everywhere, the pillow bedding is in the elevator, the headache of the cockroach, I hope there can be some non-smoking rooms. There are free masks, disposable towels, mouthwash, thank you very much. Personally think that it should not reach the four-star standard, the price is really cheap

It's as good as ever. This is the third time I've stayed here. I really like their breakfast and the service from the ladies! Especially the breakfast is worth recommending. There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

Driving to Xinjiang, we escaped the heat of Hami city and came to Barkol. Barkol Lake and its grasslands here are definitely worth a visit, especially beautiful in the evening! The hotel's location is excellent, and you can park your car in a nearby residential area. There's a snack street close by, where you should try local specialties like braised lamb with pancakes, grilled lamb chops, and horse sausage! Smoking is allowed in the hotel rooms, and there were burn marks from cigarette butts on the carpet and sofa. I don't think this is very family-friendly.
