The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

She helped in the restaurant this morning on the 6th. The service is very professional. The breakfast is delicious and rich, and the stay is comfortable. If I hadn't been on a business trip this morning, I would have stayed for a few more nights... When I checked out, the girl at the front desk also gave me two bottles of mineral water. The details are really good. There are restaurants everywhere downstairs of the hotel. Supermarkets are convenient.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

The pillows are soft and moderate, and the quality of sleep is greatly improved. The large TV supports projection screens, rich applications and worry-free entertainment. Humidifiers can set humidity requirements. Equipped with a laundry room, although there is a lack of dryer, the dry climate makes clothes dry overnight. The breakfast is rich in variety and also provides special Barry dumpling noodles. Parking at the door is convenient, and the surrounding dining and supermarkets are complete. Security and front desk service are professional and friendly, and takeaway service can also deliver meals to your door. The room was excellent in soundproofing and the corridor carpet reduced noise. The overall price is very high, less than 200 yuan can live in such an excellent hotel.

The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.
