GGuest UserWe had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free.
Environment: Great, cozy, elegant, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi.
Service: The attitude was amazing! So warm and sincere, it almost made me, an outsider, feel embarrassed.
There are many old-brand restaurants nearby, including Hunan, Xinjiang, Sichuan cuisine, and barbecue. Ablamiti Jiang's naan is very famous, with queues every day. The Jiang Xiaoyu Clay Pot Hotpot & BBQ in the nearby snack street is the best – highly recommend trying it!

ZZhangdabenIt has a small appearance and is on a street opposite Hami Railway Station, not far from the train station. Next to it is Tianma Shopping Mall, maybe it belongs to the same owner. I booked a double bed room. The size of the room was okay. There was no smell in the room or bathroom. The bathroom is separated in the house. There are no separate areas for wet and dry areas. The pillows and sheets are clean. However, the house is not soundproofed. People walking in the corridor are noisy and talking. Do I need to pay for the cable TV? Not far from the hotel, there is a place where locals eat, grilled buns and oil towers, jiaoshen

1. There is a surprise when entering the hotel. The front desk is equipped with cut watermelon, cantaloupe washed peaches, and nuts. And coffee drink snacks. We supplemented water and nutrition in time for all the tiredness.
2. The room is small but very clean. The bedding is also comfortable, the quality of sleep is good, and the fatigue of the journey is relieved.
3. What is more surprising is that such a low price actually includes double breakfast and double nights, breakfast and dinner are also very rich, we eat very satisfied.
The hotel does better in terms of food than a five-star hotel.

Service: The front desk staff member was genuinely, genuinely, incredibly enthusiastic! He even upgraded our room type, thoughtfully informed us about the late-night snack service and breakfast location, and even came to our room to remind us about the late-night snack. He also brought us a fruit platter – truly, truly enthusiastic! 😁😁😁 Also, because of a team-building event, I got a bit drunk. When I was going upstairs, the security guard kindly asked if I could find my room, which felt really heartwarming. The next day, after going out to buy something, I came back to find the room spotlessly cleaned by the cleaning staff. All our belongings were neatly arranged, all the disposable amenities were replaced with new ones, and all the rubbish was taken away.

The service overall is good, but I have not rested for two nights, if it is not because the service is good overall bad review. It is recommended that the hotel increase the smoke-free treatment of the rooms. The windows are made of chains and can open a small seam. The smell of carpet smoke in the house cannot be dissipated at all.

There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

SSumu1981The location is fantastic, directly opposite Hami Railway Station. There are many unique local restaurants nearby, and the backyard parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. The female customer service staff and male staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, even helping us find a parking spot – really impressive! The breakfast was rich and delicious. This is my second time in Hami, and I continue to experience the city's friendly hospitality.
