First of all, Luoping's rapeseed flowers are not blooming now hahaha. I just stayed at this hotel halfway through the road. It is suitable for friends who drive. The hotel is in the party school. It is a bit difficult to find. When you see the party school, you can drive in. It has been going to the innermost part. Free parking, the hotel environment is very good (just a bit cold and need to turn on the heating) Very quiet, suitable for friends who do not sleep deeply. Hotel meals are average, it is recommended to go out to eat.

Our primary goal was to visit Luoping's Jinji Fengcong (Golden Rooster Hills) and its vast rapeseed fields, so we meticulously chose and booked the highly-rated Xinyuan Dream Guesthouse on Ctrip, conveniently located within the scenic area. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our spacious view room offered direct views of Jinji Fengcong. After staying here, we realized that staying within the scenic area is absolutely the best choice, saving both time, effort, and money. The guesthouse is run by a young, university-educated couple. The proprietress is a sweet, friendly, and charming young lady; her radiant smile is as captivating as the blooming rapeseed flowers themselves. They offer freshly prepared dishes and rice for all three meals, which are excellent value for money and taste wonderfully fresh and light. The owner even personally drove us to the scenic area entrance in his electric cart, which was incredibly thoughtful. Right outside the guesthouse, there's a field of rapeseed flowers (Pic 2) where every casual snap turns into a stunning photo. Public transport is also conveniently accessible right outside the entrance. I've already recommended it to all my friends on social media who are planning a trip here!

The room facilities are new, similar to the quality of a fast hotel. Clean and odorless. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient and quiet. The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!

Walk another 15 minutes to see several large rapeseed fields and check in for photos. Service: The boss, Mr. Wang, drove the three of us to Jinji Peak and Luoping, and only charged me 40 yuan, which is the Didi online car-hailing fee. He helped to park and take pictures along the way, and I paid an extra tip of 10 yuan. The dishes cooked by the boss lady were delicious, and she let me check in early at 11 o'clock, which was very good.

The guesthouse has a great location and the rooms are clean. The owner is very nice. The chicken is super delicious. The tofu is homemade by the owner. The soy milk and fried dough sticks are amazing, and the crispy pork knuckle is fantastic. It's very close to the rapeseed flower fields. I even picked some loquats from the owner's garden. There was a yard in the back where you could park, which could probably fit five or six cars. There was a breakfast shop on the first floor of the guesthouse, and the roasted milk was also very delicious. I stayed another night.
