For international travellers, the reception staff was able to speak English and was friendly enough to accommodate us. Room wall plugs weren't international but we had our own traveller adapters. I'm pretty sure the hotel would have supplied if needed. If needed to go Mengyin again, I would definitely stay here again. Provided breakfast was Asian style. Quite a decent variety.
