Service: The front desk is very good. It was more than 12 o'clock in the morning. I specially helped us upgrade the room. The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. Overall compared with other hotels. This is really great!
Environment: In the ancient town of Raozhou. The hotel is very good overall. The ancient town is very beautiful at night.
Facilities: The most extra point toilet has a disposable cover. Very friendly to children!

1. Excellent location: close to the business district/scenic area, 5 minutes walk, travel and shopping are super convenient, saving a lot of commute time.
2. Intimate service: check-in at the front desk is very fast, take the initiative to inform the surrounding food and play guides; the room aunt cleans very clean every day, and will help supplement the toiletries, the details are in place.
3. Comfortable room: the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep experience is very good; the room has enough lighting, no smell, good sound insulation, very quiet at night, and does not affect the rest at all.
4. Cost-effective: This price can live in a hotel with such conditions is very worthwhile, and I will give priority to this place next time I come here!

The whole experience from check-in to check-out is very good, the room facilities are complete, the hot water and the internet speed are very stable, and the sound insulation is superb. No noise can be heard at all. The cleaning aunt cleans in time every day, supplements the toiletries are in place, the service is sincere and proportional, there is no excessive interruption, and the price is far more than the same price hotel.

There are various restaurants, supermarkets and a food street one kilometer away. Very close to the high-speed exit and convenient for travel. The mattress is comfortable and the sound insulation is average, but it is also good. The flush toilet is too loud. The elevator non-smoking sign must be posted. People who smoke in the elevator really have no public moral heart.

MM277232****I came to Xiangyang on a business trip. I was tired. When I entered the lobby, I was infected by the warm smile at the front desk. I was in a good mood for more than half of the time. The service was great, attentive, and the processing efficiency was very high. When I came to the room and opened the door, the sun was just in front of the window. The room was warm and elegant, like returning home. The bedding is soft like a cloud, and it sleeps well all night. The street view outside the window is looming in the morning light, a cup of coffee, a pleasant time, such a time is worth treasured.

GGuest UserThe place was very clean and close to the scenic area. The owners, a husband and wife, were also very friendly and welcoming. The food they cooked was reasonably priced and delicious. The only downside was that there were graves right behind the house, very close by. I was startled when I opened the window. In the end, I negotiated with the owners to change to a room closer to the front, which had better sunlight, but I had to pay extra.

GGuest UserCan I rate it as super good? This is the place where I lived when I was a child. The big lion is still there, the May Day auditorium has been rebuilt, the familiar courtyard, the friendly local accent, and the enthusiastic service. I have two children and a pile of clothes. The customer service staff thoughtfully sent me a lot of hangers. They also gave me an extra breakfast and told me how to eat rice dumplings. Thank you hometown and thank you Poyang Hotel.
