刘刘Hotel-class B&B. The room was very clean, the equipment and furniture were very new, and the building was quite new. The boss was very enthusiastic. The beautiful big bed forgot to take photos, and the new sheets were covered with a rose. The things in the bathroom are all available, and the most impressive is clean, exquisite and thoughtful. Breakfast is also simple and clean, the dishes taste refreshing, and the knife is exquisite. The sofa in the public living room is comfortable and spacious, with a hanging basket and two lift dryers, and it is no problem to live for a few more days.

Welcome gifts include fruit and drinks, and departure gifts include a small snack bag, which the kids loved. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the parking lot is large with charging facilities. Lucheng Park is right next to the hotel, offering opportunities for hiking. Suitable for family trips, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have seen it many times before but never had time to come. This time I went on a short vacation with my husband and it was my first time to visit Qinling Mountains on the west slope. The mountains are very quiet, the air is fresh, the sky is blue and the clouds are white. The house is also a single-family house, and the butler service is super good. I stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable here, so I stayed another night. There is a stream next to the B&B. The water is very clear, and it is also suitable for taking children to play. There are also vegetables and fruits grown in the yard that can be picked. It is planned to snow this year. You can experience the day again, with different seasons and different scenery. Come to me.

Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made.
The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead.
Rooms:
Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated.
Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good.
Amenities:
The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess.
The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there.
Service:
The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel reception is on the 4th floor, and guest rooms are on floors 5-10. There are practically no parking spaces in front of the hotel (only a handful), and getting in and out is inconvenient. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to ask about parking availability, and they replied that it wasn't a problem. However, upon arrival, I discovered how scarce parking was. I contacted the hotel again, and they told me about the underground parking lot 300 meters away, but I could only park in the hotel's designated parking spaces. The hotel security guard said there should be four spaces left, and after searching for a while, I finally found the last one – very lucky, but the space was quite narrow. Most guests were driving and were concerned about parking; the front desk seemed to be constantly dealing with related issues. The hotel rooms are small and cramped. The facilities are rather outdated; the hand soap dispenser was non-dispensable, and only disposable towels and bath towels were provided. There is no telephone; you need to add the front desk on WeChat for any issues. They said the hotel only has one floor attendant, so service is relatively slow. There's a bottle of mineral water in the room for a fee, requiring a 100 yuan deposit, even though I had already paid for the room. However, the service attitude was quite good.

The hotel is decorated in a grand style, and the room layout is reasonable, clean and hygienic. The room service staff are very attentive and even help guests with laundry. This is the first time I have encountered this during such a long business trip. In addition, a plate of fruit breakfast is provided every night. It is clean and hygienic and has many varieties. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. It is close to Danjiang Park, with convenient transportation and convenient parking. It is the first choice for business trips and accommodation. I will consider staying at this hotel next time!

GGuest UserIt feels very good. It is a very good hotel in Zhenan with good value for money. The room was very clean, and the facilities and equipment were complete. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, especially Manager Huang in the lobby. The service was considerate and thoughtful. She introduced me to local specialties, tourist attractions, and helped me book a taxi in advance. Thank you very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also great, the cold dishes are very refreshing, and the overall taste is good. It is a pleasant stay experience, and I will stay here in the future!

In terms of the environment, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Shangnan Cultural Square, with convenient surrounding transportation and a garden-style design. The guest rooms are spacious and equipped with independent balconies. Some room types offer quiet garden or mountain views. When checking in, you can also walk through the corridor to experience the courtyard landscape. The overall atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has complete facilities, including a spa, gym, tennis courts, etc. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also provided in public areas, which is suitable for self-driving tourists or business people to relax.
However, the breakfast experience has been repeatedly criticized. Although the hotel advertises that it has a rich breakfast variety, actual guests reported that the dishes were monotonous and in short supply, especially during peak hours (such as after 8 o'clock) where there might be ”leftovers”. One guest even mentioned that ”there was not much left when we arrived at 8:40”. The breakfast content was evaluated as ”not refined enough”, which was inconsistent with the hotel's four-star positioning, and the buffet at 30 yuan per person was not cost-effective. In addition, there are problems with service details. For example, some guests believe that the attitude of the front desk staff is not professional enough and does not match the hotel's high-end image.

There are residential areas, snack shops, and the Huaxi Lane scenic area nearby, which is worth exploring in the evening. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are good. The environment is clean, the linens are clean, but the bathroom water temperature is low. However, it's important to note that there is a construction site nearby, starting work at 8:00 AM, making one side of the twin room unsuitable for late risers. This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time.
