Northerners can't stand the wet and cold in the south, it is noisy. - 總體來説，這次入住花築覓見的體驗非常棒。民宿的位置在宋莊村內，一個小村，村民也就有幾十户，沒有喧囂的噪音，周邊環境優美，可以看得出曾經有舉辦美食節，露營節等活動的痕跡，適合團建，交通也很便利，新沂市區過來半小時左右。
- 另外值得一提的是民宿可以帶寵物哦，碰到了安徽的朋友，兩衹狗子還互相交流了一番。入住期間我們家狗子在村子裏就沒拴過繩，因為到處都是朋友，晨起睡前遛狗不要太開心。
- 小村靠近花廳部落和馬陵山景區，感興趣的可以從民宿徒步到花廳都可以，沿線風景優美，空氣清新，道路整潔暢通，就是路邊賣的桃子水果等有點坑人啦。
房間設施
- 房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很中式，很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓人能在疲憊的旅途中享受到優質的睡眠。
- 設施齊全，空調、電視、獨立衞浴、智能語音、馬桶等一應俱全，而且都非常新，使用起來很順暢。
- 民宿整體還包含很多可娛樂的地方，比如棋牌室，KTV，酒吧等，如果自己準備食材，還提供燒烤架等，更多遊玩樂趣等大家來開發體驗啦。
服務質量
- 管家熱情好客，入住期間，有任何問題向管家反映，都能得到及時、有效的解決，讓我們感受到了無微不至的關懷，管家還提供了很多當地遊玩和美食的建議。
- 更值得一提的是景區不給帶寵物，我們就把寵物留在民宿啦，管家還提供專用場地給它玩，我們也可以安心的去遊玩啦。
性價比
- 就價格而言，這家民宿的性價比非常高。對於來馬陵山遊玩的遊客，可以體驗到獨特的民宿文化和温馨的居住範圍，物超所值。對於來團建的團體，更是不虛此行。
不足之處
- 不過，民宿也存在一些小小的不足之處。比如沒有早餐，建議可以根據入住人數由管家去花廳買好早餐，餐品種類可以固定。另外前台固定電話接通較慢，建議在各大平台增加手機聯繫號碼。
