Hotels with Breakfast in Aberdeen

Very close to airport. Breakfast is good. Room very clean. There are a lot of recreation activities on the ground floor. Very innovative stuff for a stay, compared with the traditional hotel stuff.

The Chester is close to town and a quality hotel that we suspect would be rated higher if it had the gym and pool and spa that many five star hotels have. But, they are not needed. The room was a good size, with all necessary facilities. The common areas of the restaurant are of high standard and the food was excellent. Our room had a couple of minor issues. The shower door leaked a littlw, but caused no problem. The deadlock on the door dod not engage, but we were not concerned as there was a locked door between our door and the public areas. We will happily use again, particularly as the prices were reasonable and the standards and quality were very good in our experience.

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was minimalistic, clean and welcoming. We liked the layout. Two windows made it bright. The bed was very comfortable. Shower a good size. Check out quick and easy. Staff very nice. Really couldn’t find fault with anything.

I have stayed here numerous times now and will continue to do so. The reception staff always make you feel welcome with a smile and helpfulness especially Veronica, shout out also to Ben and Anna. My room although dated is comfortable and clean, well done to the housekeeping. I have on occasion used the spa not so much the gym. I am not impressed with the food I have tasted much better elsewhere and for less money. For food I do prefer to eat out or bring food in and eat in my room. The manager has also from time to time surprised me with an upgrade, much appreciated. Keep up the good work Altens you will always have my business.

Overall the experience was good. Good points: The location is excellent and the free parking is a good option for people driving. The host is excellent and very friendly and went out of the way and accommodated my requests. Points to improve: Had a couple of minor issues in the beginning which the host resolved promptly, the flat seems abit tired may need refreshing. The main downside for me are the sea gulls, the flat was quite warm and you had to open the window a little for fresh air and when you do that it appears that just next to the flat the seagulls have a party every night and they scream throughout the night so it is abit hard to sleep. Obviously its not in the hosts control but it is an unfortunate issue.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this hotel. The most important thing is that taxis can't pull up to the hotel because there's a sign on the roundabout next to the hotel prohibiting parking and a £10 fine. I ordered a taxi and waited in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff informed me about this. The taxi almost left without me, and as a result, I would have missed the helicopter departing for the platform. Secondly, I think the standard of your breakfast is important not only to me. I really have five times more choice at work. Unfortunately, I decided not to stay at your hotel anymore to avoid stress.

Very good, breakfast is good, the location is convenient, the hotel is modern, the surrounding environment is very good, there are bus stations nearby, it is easy to get out of the city, and the rooms can see the sunrise.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and the rooms are spotless and service fabulous. Our room carpet was very sun bleached but clean!

Good place with good facilities at hand

Hotel very close to the train station,and only about 5 to 10 minutes away from union St and simultaneously about same to Union square,rooms ok good for price . maybe a bit dated,clean bedding and towels my stay was fine
