Moor End Bed and Breakfast Guest House is located outside of Durham. Their breakfast is delicious and big portion.

The room decoration is very beautiful, artistic, and there is a small garden courtyard. The location is on the hillside, next to a church, quiet. Good breakfast, you can choose English or salmon. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and the cathedral. Health is OK. Sound insulation is not good.

Gorgeous building based on a century old stone house. Newly refurbished. Plenty of parking space. Bar and Indian restaurant on site is very nice. However the food was too sweet to my taste.

The hotel is very quiet, the room facilities are complete, clean, the transportation is convenient, and the front desk is warm and hospitable. The bar is very lively at night, locals are chatting, the atmosphere is very good

Hotel was very clean and the staff are very helpful and attentive, however, their kitchen appears to be understaffed. The breakfast served by a waiter/waitress but on the first day,(Saturday), after ordering our breakfast we waited one hour before it came, on the second day we waited 45 mins before it arrived. By this time the toast and tea were cold.
