"Hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Location was perfect and the view from our window was lovely. Only negative I have was that the shower water was cold and the water only came through as a trickle. Apart from that I had lovely stay and it was value for money and would definitely stay again."

"Late review here. Very very nice welcome from the owners - couldn’t have been nicer. Exactly as described. Sadly had to leave early in the mornings but heard from another guest that the breakfast was delicious. Easy to find, ample parking both on street and nearby huge car park if needed. Quiet, yet only 5 minutes walk from shops and pubs etc. Value for money would stay again."

GGuest UserI only had an overnight stay at this little guest house but I would have lived to stay longer. The hotel itself is very centrally placed, the railway station and all attractions are within easy walking distance. On arrival I received a friendly welcome and was helped with my case to my room. Nothing was too much much trouble. My room was very clean and extremely well equipped. I highly recommend this lovely little guest house. I would certainly use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

GGuest UserWe waited a good 15-20 minutes at the door ringing but no answer, a guest let us in and waited in the reception before anyone came.
The room was hot on arrival so we turned down the radiator and opened the windows.
Cleaning was not great and we found receipts in the drawer, the bed was two singles pushed together and you could feel the gap!
The shower is just ok not powerful and the en-suite is dated and small, no extra toilet paper and not even half a roll on the roll that was left!
Breakfast time, we waited for about 10-15 minutes before we asked for our order and the selection was not great!
