Hotels with Breakfast in Dubrovnik

Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. Weather during October was all good. Not too hot and not too cold, perfect weather. Scenic area are much less crowded, restaurants are everywhere. The service staffs were all so nice. We book a spa massage from Orabelle, it was the world best massage i ever encountered. It was this therapist Fanny from Nava Spa. I travelled a lot. From States, Europe, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and u named it. I frequent massage everywhere i travelled. Fanny has the technique, press skill and determination. I met a amazing masseur at Bali who had almost the same skills but Fanny beat her out. Fanny should had open up a massage training school and share her skill set with the therapist. Awesome experience. Orabelle offered fantastic breakfast. Ala carte breakfast menu, order whatever or whichever u like. They will be more than happy to serve you well. If you wish to order the entire menu. Think they will not hesitate to serve your table full of delicious delicacy. Speechless views, services and breakfast. Told my wife, we will be back next year again. The same period, this time round a few more days. Wanna enjoy the Villa more and chillax. Strongly recommended, if you read my review. A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

What a fantastic find! This is a hotel run by a school, the staff are teachers and students. It’s in an amazing location right by Pile gate and is very easy to find. The rooms are done up to a very high standard as is the whole building. We had breakfast in with our booking and this was also great. Boris runs this like clockwork and is always super friendly and helpful with advice for your trip if needed. The lady on reception (we didn’t catch her name sadly) was also really friendly and helpful and helped us with storing our baggage in a back room as we had a late flight following check out. We went very early season so, at one point, we were the only guests here! The only niggles (and these are very small!) were that the rooms lack tea and coffee making facilities. We arrived very late when everything was shut and couldn’t even have a cup of tea or coffee. Also maybe a mini fridge in the room? Although we think this was down to fire regulations. The other thing was the breakfast choices were limited, the food was well cooked but it would have been nice to maybe have some pastries too. We will definitely stay again if we return to Dubrovnik

The room is nice with an outdoor balcony. The surrounding facilities are good, with a large outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not in the old town, if you want to go to the old town, you can also take bus line 6, which is a good experience.

The hotel is located in the resort area of ​​the new city, and the scenery is very good! We guys stayed in the garden view room! It's on the first floor, lower than the road. It's okay for a few guys to stay, but if you are a couple, don't stay. Choose a sea view room! The scenery is too different! There is a bus to the old town 5 minutes away from the door! The drive takes about 20 minutes! It's very convenient! The breakfast is first-class! The lobby is simple! The room is clean and comfortable! There are several swimming pools!

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was also beautiful. There's a small convenience store nearby, and a larger supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, so grocery shopping is easy. The bus terminal for the old town is also just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. As for amenities, they only provide cups and shower caps, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.

We had a wonderful family ( 6 ..2 parents with 4 children 17 + ) holiday in Hotel Vis. The location of the hotel is superb. The views from the sea view rooms are magnificent! You literally walk into the beach. The outside bar is beautiful with stunning views. The hotel rooms could do with a bit of modernism and if there was music / entertainment in the bar you would never want to leave it. Yet the rooms are a good size and for the price b and b it is affordable for families. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again. A safe , stunning views, friendly staff. The staff to be highly commended were the cleaning staff who were always smiling and happy. The front desk staff were lovely too. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.

The staff were amazing and accomodating 5 stars for them . I am a seasoned traveler world wide and I have stayed in a lot of 3-4 star places but this one I would rate as a 1.5 star. I was so disappointed in my room it looked like a run down storage room not like a nice comfortable room like the pictures display at all on the booking site. There was no air-conditioner as stated in the amenities list, nor was there a TV as stated in the amenities list as both TV and Air-conditioner were not working there was an issue with the room door unlocking it . Also the bedroom flooring was old and worn carpet that had stains and dried vomit on it. There is no safe in the bedroom as stated. There was an air cooler and pedestal fan in the room which only just made it bearable on a hot day and night. There is no parking if you have a car . There are five flights of narrow stair to climb with luggage. If your on the top floor. There is not lift. The room has a very much lowered wedge shape wall /ceiling that takes up a lot of room and you can injure your head if your not careful in the dark. There is no concierge as stated in fact most of what has been stated as the amenities and parking is a big lie as they either don't exist or they don't work. With what I paid I could gave gotten a better room for the same money somewhere. The managerr never showed up so I could talk to them about the issues. From what I have read else where in reviews this accomodation is really bad and in my thoughts this place and the owner of this business need a good shake up or shut down as they really don't care about the clients. It just about ripping people off and taking money. I highly recommend not booking this place as it is really bad.
