Hotels with Breakfast in Bandung Regency

The location is good. There is a famous restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. You can take the elevator up and down once (for a fee), but there is a lot of garbage by the river. It's a bit of a pity. The hotel room has windows but no view. You have to live in a high-end room to have a view. The facilities in the room are okay and simple. Advantages: The bath water is hot enough, like hot spring water. But the amount of water is a little smaller.

The facilities are good, and the food is decent, though not amazing. There were a couple of minor issues that were quite annoying. The first time we went for breakfast, we were asked how many people we were, and told that if there were two of us, we could only sit indoors and not outside. After calling a supervisor or coordinator, we were finally allowed to sit outside. Then there was the issue with the bathroom mat... after the room was cleaned, it wasn't put back. When we requested it, it took about 2 hours for it to be delivered. Every time we called, the receptionist answered like a bot, saying it had been reported to housekeeping for delivery... yes, it was delivered, but 2 hours later.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

At first I was hesitant to stay here but it turned out to be beyond expectations, a pleasant experience being able to stay here with children, the tent is big near the bathroom, cars can park next to the tent, I got it at a price of 362 yesterday, got a promo on the application, I already got breakfast, when I wanted to go home the bathroom water was just warm, I thought it couldn't be warm but when I wanted to go home the water was just warm, when we just entered the tent there were some caterpillars too, I was a bit surprised but it's a tent, it's normal, it's just that it might be better to check it first before guests arrive, I'm afraid it will make them itchy, overall it's okay, I will stay here again if I go to Ciwidey

Room's set up is simple and nice. It comes with a balcony. The heated spring water pool is large and beatiful. The place is ideal for family outings. While overall ambience is good, the property needs to improve its cleaniness

The location is quite quiet and can quickly get to Dago... It is worth considering that staying at this hotel involves climbing a lot of stairs, so for those bringing elderly people, it is worth considering again. The lift is unique... Overall, if you are solo or a young person, it is highly recommended because the place to stay is simple and unique.

Go to the location is not convenience, the view is good, service is okey
