The place is good, the service is very friendly, easy to find food near the hotel and to the floating market tourist spot

The owner is lovely, warm, and thoughtful. The place is clean and safe, and the breakfast is quite generous. The front desk staff are welcoming, and all the service staff have a great attitude. The housekeeping staff are prompt, thorough, and polite.

The room is clean ,amenities oke ,provided hair dryer but didn't work well for long hair.Good location near minimarket.

The location is strategic, right in the city center, and all the services were good. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Regular checks on the room facilities are needed, and if possible, please add a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) to the rooms to avoid boredom.

the hotel is nice clean, just no elevator, so tired to climb the stairs, but overall okeeee

For cleanliness, it's good, although there are a few dusty corners such as cupboards and tables. For the location, it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret, and also next to a karaoke entertainment venue. For friendly service. It's a bit unfortunate to get a room with a clogged sink, but overall everything is good.
