Hotels with Breakfast in Benda

This hotel is run by Chinese owners and is located not far away—about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. There is a free airport shuttle service, and Chinese signs can be found everywhere. The room size is adequate, and toiletries and slippers are provided. Areas for improvement: 1) We were asked to download an app upon check-in, which felt inconvenient and we declined. 2) The rooms lack soundproofing; we could hear noises from the adjacent room in the middle of the night, making it very noisy. 3) The variety and quality of the breakfast leave much to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

Cannot praise the service in this hotel enough! The transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth. The driver (Yuda) was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk (Salsabila) cannot be more friendly. There was a construction near the hotel, so the traffic was really bad, but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Arrived at 2 AM, took a taxi from Soekarno Airport to the hotel, which cost 76,000 IDR. The next morning at 8 AM, I was woken up by the sound of drilling from the hotel's renovation work; the entire floor was shaking. I can't understand why they'd start construction so early in the morning; it made me furious. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, with the last morning departure at 11:00 AM. Just let the front desk know which airport you're going to beforehand, and they'll register it. Then, go downstairs about 10 minutes early to wait for the shuttle. Oh, and by the way, the hotel slippers are terrible – they're like disposable slippers that have been reused. It's better to bring your own.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. Its proximity to the airport helps avoid Jakarta's annoying traffic, making it suitable for business travelers who need an overnight stay during a layover. The price is also affordable.

Very comfortable hotel for the vacation with family or couples, hotel room clean and nice,,easy to access for to find restaurants nearby around hotel, and very helpful assistance of customers service at front desk hotel,

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size. What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
