TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

EElisaDanielleThe jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

賴賴小佩The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Medan train station, right on the street next to Tjong A Fie Mansion. The doorman helps with luggage, and there's an ATM inside the hotel entrance. The lobby also has a restaurant where you can order lunch and dinner at your own expense. The room isn't huge, but the bed is comfortable. The only downside is the modified motorbikes in Indonesia, which are incredibly loud. There aren't many vehicles during the hot daytime, but as evening approaches, the noise gets progressively worse, continuing until well past 2 AM. In the evening, there are also many drink stalls near the hotel, playing loud music. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower and hair wash. Breakfast is included, offering good value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is relatively new, and the room size and layout are excellent. The staff also provide good service. However, on the second day after it rained, the cold water was very dirty, although the hot water was fine.
The location is right next to the train station, but if you walk from the station to the hotel, even though it's not far, the road isn't very pedestrian-friendly (there are barely any sidewalks, and lots of motorbikes).

ZZafarullah MuftiThis is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

- managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong
- comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained
- only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure
- good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered
- gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in
- pool area was nice and not too busy

AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very spacious for a family, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. We were very comfortable staying there for almost a week. The three rooms made us feel at home. However, there were no kitchen utensils. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. We will be back again.
