"This hotel is really impeccable. Opposite the cathedral, the facilities are clean. The hotel has installed sound-proof glass. It is relatively quiet. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient! Because the hotel forfeited my deposit
I used a can of Coke in the minibar, and I consciously paid for it the night before. The front desk also said that some guests really left without paying. The only thing missing is that the washbasin leaks slowly, and everything else is very good👍
It would be great if there was an elevator. It is more difficult to carry luggage because of the stairs. I personally like this hotel quite a lot"

Amazing
The hotel is in a beautiful place. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were really helped when we couldn’t park the car. The staff parked it for us but the tip is get there early to be able to use the car park a few hundred yards up the road (it was full when we arrived mid afternoon). The pool on the roof was such a sun trap so for the sun lovers it’s a must. Breakfast was fantastic, it caters for all tastes.

Excellent location, right beside the Duomo. Spacious room, tidy and clean. Great service, hospitality staffs were all nice and helpful. Felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel. Plus transportation was convenient as bus stations and pier were all nearby.

Location is unbeatable - right across from the cathedral steps and a few mins from ferry & bus terminal. Breakfast was amazing with coffee, juice, cheese, ham, breads and a slice of cake. Hosts were friendly and helpful. I had a single room and windows did not have a view. As it’s the main square it’s unavoidable to hear the going ons at night and early morning for the restaurants downstairs and cleaners. You can close the windows to minimise noise. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel ran by locals in Amalfi coast. Loved the hospitality and simplicity. Great selection of books to read in their living room. Very kind and helpful team. Great speaking to them. Location is so convenient to walk to almafi city centre or drive to Positano. Rooms are also spacious and clean

A very good hotel with amazing customer service. Pros: 1. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre. You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. 2. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges. 3. The restaurant serves amazing food. 4. Views from the hotel, cleanliness and the overall ambience deserves Five star! Cons: 1. Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. 2. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians. I expected atleast some warm food options like a toasted bread or crepes. Recommend to book it 100%.

Amazing location 2 min walk to the main square from the hotel. The only thing is even if you choose to pay at the hotel, they will still charge you beforehand. I was going to pay by cash at the hotel but they charged me by the card on Trip.com anyways.
