Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Torino Porta Nuova Railway Station and 18km from Turin Caselle Airport. In addition, Nizza Metro Station is just a short walk away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Museo Nazionale del Risorgimento, Parco del Valentino and Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea. "The hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant."

Hotel Indigo TURIN by IHG

Located right within the scenic area, you can briefly park your car out front. Just make sure to tell the front desk your license plate number for registration, otherwise, you might get a ticket from the police. The main parking lot is a bit of a walk and is public. However, it's super convenient to walk to the attractions and shopping streets. Turin is amazing for shopping, especially for brands like HermĂšs and Chanel!

It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino

The location is very good, by the river, the high-rise windows can directly see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, the top floor platform is open, there are tables and chairs, you can sit up and enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. 2-5 The floor is a student apartment, which is relatively lively. Staying in the drink delivery area, although I didn't enjoy it, but this is well received.

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

I really enjoyed staying here, location was perfect not far from bus stops, shops everything we wanted. The hotel have underground parking with extra charge but was worth it. We loved roof top with amazing view 👌 and of course AC in room was a lifesaver in the heatwave.

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.
