GGuest UserVery comfortable apartment hotel, within 10 minutes walk from the city. Although it is an apartment hotel, there is a 24-hour front desk service. There are 4 free parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, but you have to take your luck. I booked two different rooms, one one bedroom and one living room, one is a loft-style, but the space is very large, there are washing machines, dishwashers, all kitchen utensils, even the washing machine is equipped with laundry coagulation beads, the dishwasher also has dishwashing salt, very careful, completely beyond expectations.

ННаткаGreat hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Polite staff who are ready to help with every little thing. Breakfasts are amazing, coffee is just super, lots of pastries, everything is fresh and tasty. Great location, near the train station and metro. Lots of interesting entertainment in the hotel itself.

SSean Le FauGood location and nearby Central Station but only one pack of welcome water when checked in , and the following days didn’t have it. The B’fast box was very good if you have early flight, please do not hesitate just order it to counter staffs by one day before !

Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the €25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!

JJINMINThis hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation.

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

GGuest UserA nice hotel, a little out of the way but it meant it was a nice quiet area. Large room, clean. A little old fashioned but had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, as long as you don't mind being a little far from the centre.

Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
