Hotels with Breakfast in Gumi-si

"I was satisfied with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and facilities. In particular, the condition of the room and the overall environment exceeded my expectations. However, one regrettable aspect was that I had purchased additional breakfast vouchers, but I was unable to use them the next day because I was not feeling well. As a result, two breakfast vouchers were wasted, so I asked the front desk before checkout if I could use them on my next visit. However, the only response I received was a firm notification that it was ”not possible.” Since it was the off-season and breakfast was served buffet style, I had hoped that some adjustments might be possible depending on the situation. Of course, I understand that the breakfast system is prepared based on the number of guests. However, I believe that true customer satisfaction is created by having the ”room” to flexibly respond to even the smallest circumstances of a customer. For instance, if you had shown even a little flexibility, such as offering a discount on a portion of the breakfast vouchers on my next visit, I would have gladly chosen this hotel again for my next business trip. I hope you will be a little more considerate of customers' situations rather than being overly bound by rules. That small gesture could have made the memory of this hotel much warmer."
