SuantouJEWELThere are two Novotel hotels in the same area. I asked for directions and a staff member guided me to the correct one. Parking was very tight, both outdoors and indoors, but the front desk lady said that some spots on P3 and P4 were free to use because the offices upstairs were closed for the weekend. 😂. The room was very comfortable, and I slept really well. It was very convenient to get to the city center as the T1 tram line was right outside.

Guest UserA mid-range business hotel. Not luxurious, but it offers all the necessary amenities. Small gym and sauna. Breakfast is satisfactory. Silent, convenient location for Kirchberg area.

Katsiaryna KruhlovaThe hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, offering easy access to the city center as public transport in Luxembourg is free. However, there isn't much else around the immediate area. The rooms are good and clean. My main complaint would be the bathroom setup; the shower lacks privacy and a proper door, essentially being open to the room itself. Inside the shower, there's no door either, which means water splashes onto the floor and you have to be extra careful to avoid soaking everything. Without proper doors, the room also gets quite humid after a shower, and it can feel cold while washing. Otherwise, the room is nice, clean, tidy, a good size, and features pleasant, modern decor. We didn't opt for breakfast due to the high cost, so I can't comment on it. Before checking out, we couldn't open the safe, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue for us.

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

Guest UserOverall, a good experience. There's a bus stop nearby. It's located in the Upper District, and across the road, there's a hill you can walk up to reach the Lower District, offering some nice scenery. It's within walking distance or a short bus ride to several popular attractions. The hotel's environment and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast looked substantial enough to fill you up, but I didn't add it, so I can't comment on the taste.

NeilJI recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Cravat in Luxembourg, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel beautifully blends historical charm with modern luxury. My spacious room offered stunning city views, and the elegant decor adds to its allure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. Breakfast in the lovely dining room featured a delicious selection of local dishes. Its prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, the Grand Hotel Cravat is a superb choice for anyone looking to experience the charm and elegance of Luxembourg. Highly recommended!

Sanja L.📍Location:
It is less than 10 minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist areas.
🧹Clean:
Overall it's very good, not amazing, but it has everything it should have~
💰Price:
The price/performance ratio is not high, but because it is a last-minute booking, it is okay overall.
🛜Network:
Free WiFi, pretty fast
💁Others:
The hotel staff will provide you with a map of the city's tourist attractions and tell you that you can take the light rail for about two stops to the main tourist area.

The place was far from the city centre. It’s in the middle of a lush forest, and there’s direct bus 4 and 32 going to the city centre every 30 minutes or so. All public transports are free in Luxembourg. There’s a self-serviced supermarket and a few salons owned by the hotel in the same building. It’s equipped with a swimming pool and gym, but there was no time to try them out. Breakfast was worth it, so it’s best if you book the hotel with breakfast on trip.com rather than adding it when you’re in the hotel, since it costs €16 for breakfast pre-booking 1 night before and €23 for the same-day booking. There are free cookies given to patrons during check-in and upon request too from 10 a.m. and they are delish! So far, Luxembourg is not exactly a well-known tourist destination, but it’s an interesting place with an international palate.

The hotel is located next to the train station. The room is large and has a small kitchen, but no pots and pans are provided! The room and bathroom are clean, the mattress is a bit soft (personal feeling), and the price-performance ratio is good.

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.
