I had an excellent stay at Quinta Mercedes! Alan, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I arrived quite late, but he kindly kept the room ready for me and thoughtfully asked if I needed anything. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location is also very convenient, just a short distance from the city center. What truly amazed me was that the price was half of what other places charge, offering incredible value for money. On top of that, Alan even helped me arrange a taxi when I left the next morning. This is not just a great hotel but also run by an incredibly kind and attentive person. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to explore the city and come with a car. The parking is very easy inside the hotel. You can drive inside the hotel and get of your car - so convenient 😃👌 - The hotel is of high standard and the service is charming professional 👍 We had a great time!

The room was quite spacious, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel is right at the cable car station entrance—after check-in, you get an unlimited cable car pass, so you don't have to queue. The receptionist was very friendly, and they always had coffee. Uber rides usually take about 5 minutes, and the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the bus station.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato, with a minibus stop right outside. From the central station, you can take a minibus to the city center, or directly to the central station by taking the brown/blue bus marked ”central de Autobuses” for only 11 pesos. Other buses go to attractions like the La Momias Mummy Museum. Amenities: The room is rather simple, but it has everything you need, and the cleanliness is acceptable. There's even a capsule coffee machine. Overall, the price is very reasonable. Service: The male receptionist speaks excellent English. Early check-in is not possible. Breakfast includes several kinds of fruit, milk and cereal, sliced bread, and an additional menu item.

JJianqiaokongzhanVery good hotel, a bird's eye view of Guanajuato in the room and restaurant. The service is very kind and considerate. Remember to go back to the hotel from the city and not go to the alleys, it will exhaust you. There is a cable car behind the Juarez Theatre, so it is easy to get up and down.
