GGuest UserBusiness trip to Torreon, the hotel is on the fast roadside, it is very convenient to go anywhere. Sanitary conditions are OK, after all, you can't force it in such a place. The airport is 10 minutes drive from the hotel

Falló el agua caliente desde el 1er día, lo reportamos y fueron de Mtto argumentando que ya había quedado y todos los días batallamos con eso, teníamos que esperar mucho y apenas salió tibia
El Wi Fi no funcionaba bien, muy lento
Salimos el domingo y al día de hoy no han liberado la cantidad que bloquearon en mi tarjeta de crédito para los consumos, que se liquidaron aparte, son $6,000
El servicio y atención de recepción, botones y meseros Excelente !!
