I live in Iborg University. Due to the hot weather, the dormitory has no air conditioning. I chose to go to this guest house for a while. This is a single-family villa, the room is spacious and quiet, there is a small garden downstairs, the air conditioning is very comfortable, and the bathroom has hot water supply. Breakfast is a typical bar meal, it is very convenient to take a taxi to the f10 market for ten minutes. The old bus service is in place in time, and the Chinese live according to the normal procedures and check in smoothly.

Convenience of check-in: The hotel is very convenient, located in the F7 district, and easy to find. Most importantly, the hotel staff member ”ABDULLAH” was fantastic! We needed to rent a car to Lahore the next day, and he patiently helped us choose different car models and drivers. We didn't finish all the arrangements until 3 AM – he worked so hard! The driver he helped us choose was also very patient; he was truly wonderful. I hope to come back to Islamabad again next time and drink the Pakistani milk tea you prepared for us again 🥤

Guest UserGood services, friendly and respectful staff members, breakfast was of low standard, although kitchen staff was good, there were some guest who were making noise and kept TV volume very high, the management has to keep eye on such guests and they should be respectful to other residents. Overall experience was good. Recommended for families.

✨ The appearance of this hotel is really stylish, and the night view lighting is awesome! 🌟 As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the warm service atmosphere. The front desk attitude was super good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant.💤 The air conditioning and hot water supply were very stable. YanranqiuyiThe room size is undeniably great, but the interior facilities feel a bit shoddily put together. The master bedroom was fine, but the second bedroom was right next to the central air conditioning unit, making it very noisy (thankfully, I was traveling alone). The elevators were the biggest issue – they took forever to arrive and sometimes malfunctioned, failing to stop even when called. During my 4-day stay, twice I had to take the stairs down because the elevator wasn't working, which was fine since I was only on the 7th floor, but if I had been higher up, I would have been exhausted!

I booked this accommodation many months in advance for my trip. Sunny (the hotel owner) is friendly and responsive. He offered to arrange the travel paperwork, airport transfer, and provided general advice relating to Pakistan and Islamabad. I asked him about postage stamps and postcards, and surprisingly, he was so kind to walk to the shop to take photos for some postcard booklet and arrange it for me as a welcome gift. I highly appreciated his warm hospitality very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. We had further conversation, then a catch-up dinner after my trip outside Islamabad. He is a young and ambitious guy with a bright future with a big dream to run and grow in the hospitality industry. I wish to revisit his hotel and meet him next time. Thanks very much for a good impression of Pakistan :)
