"The hotel itself is old, having been around for a while, but it's very clean and the rooms are spacious. For this quality, I think the price is quite a steal! The restaurant serves delicious food, and there's a casino, so you can really take your time and enjoy yourself."

"This hotel offers a standardized, industrialized experience, which I found to be excellent. The shared showers and restrooms, serving four rooms, were continuously cleaned by staff, which was also great. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the North Station train/bus station, and also a 20-minute walk from Boston Common/the start of the Freedom Trail. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away. To get to Harvard University, it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when staying at hotels in the US. The Revolution Hotel offers great value for money. Also, US hotel prices can fluctuate a lot, so it's important to book at the right time and make a quick decision. "1. Located in the Cambridge area, the hotel is quiet and convenient. They offer a free shuttle service to Harvard University and downtown, but be sure to check the schedule, as there are fewer services on Saturdays and Sundays. 2. We received welcome cookies upon check-in, and slippers were provided, though you have to ask for them at the front desk. 3. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was just right, even with the partition. 4. Complimentary bottled water is only provided on the first day of your stay (two bottles). You'll need to purchase water subsequently. However, free hot water is available at the front desk."

"It was a great overall experience staying at the Dagny. Staff was very professional/nice and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The Dagny is in a great part of Boston/ within walking distance to some museums and the Aquarium. Would recommend!"

"The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel."

"An excellent hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was absolutely delicious and satisfying. They even didn't mind guests taking a reasonable amount back to their rooms (just don't overdo it!). The room wasn't large, but it was perfectly adequate, and the layout was very efficient for a solo traveler. There's a subway station right downstairs, but it was temporarily closed. Luckily, there's another entrance just across the street. Most importantly, I think this hotel is incredibly friendly for Boston Marathon participants: it's very close to the expo, with two DICK'S Sporting Goods and Lululemon stores nearby, and my 'uncle' (referring to a store/landmark) is right across from the expo. You can walk to the starting line or take two subway stops; since Copley station was closed, it was effectively just one stop to the bag drop-off. After finishing the race and picking up my bag, it was just a short walk to an open subway station. It wasn't blocked off, and it was again two stops (or effectively one) back to the hotel. The Back Bay airport shuttle is also very convenient, about a 500-meter walk from the hotel. The Museum of Fine Arts is within walking distance, and the Charles River is perfect for a run. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby, and Berkeley Noodle House is quite good – the owner is from Guangdong, and she's very nice. Surprisingly, I didn't find the Vietnamese pho to be that great."

"Very satisfied! Facilities: Quite new. Hygiene: Not cleaned daily. Environment: Extremely satisfied. Service: In the US, the lobby provides hot water, coffee, and iced lemon water daily. What more could you ask for?!"

"Stayed from monday until Saturday. Breakfast was oatmeal, 3 different cereals, waffles with syrup, yogurt and fruits available. Coffee, orange juice, apple juice available. Room cleaning was upon request and serviced the next day. Free shuttle service from boston airport. Just gotta call the hotel and they'll direct you where to wait for the shuttle. Can request shuttle to the airport as early as 4am. The hotel is about half a mile from assembly train station. Otherwise theres a strip mall and several restaurants and a movie theater within 10-15 min walk."

"Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the Black gentleman, was incredibly friendly and always greeted me warmly whenever I left. The hotel rooms are much larger than what you'd typically find in New York. I'm not sure if every floor has one, but having a water dispenser was a great bonus. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor that guests can use freely. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient!"

"The hotel itself has a good ambiance, but the service is absolutely terrible. For all Marriott hotels in the US, beware when booking: they don't just pre-authorize or freeze a deposit, they actually charge your card directly! They overcharged me $124. When I emailed them to inquire, they replied to the first email, stating it was for two days of parking + valet. However, when I replied again, telling them they made a mistake as I only parked for one day and provided evidence, they ghosted me completely – no more emails or phone calls! Ultimately, Trip.com reimbursed me $62, and I'm very grateful to them for being so responsible. But I still have to give Marriott a bad review. For such a large corporation, is a few hundred dollars really worth it? Such a low-class move!"
