"1 of the most grand & luxurious hotels I've stayed in Switzerland. Very international standard. The room is very comfortable & very high end. They gave complimentary chocolates, toothbrushes (the only hotel that provided these in the whole of my Switzerland trip) & Dyson hairdryer. The service from the staffs here is top notch! The spa is the best quality! My wife & I really enjoyed our time using the sauna, steam room & relaxation area. We went back twice. Also celebrated my wife's birthday at Minamo Restaurant. Best Japanese Omakase dinner we ever had. My wife & I discussed on how are we ever gonna look at Japanese food the same ever again."

"The location is super convenient for public transport, right next to the bus stop. You can take bus 19 directly from Lawson Station. It's really easy to get anywhere from here. The breakfast spread was great and they kept refilling everything. The triple room was also very spacious, perfect for families."

Environment: It's right across the road from the train station, and just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal, supermarket, and tourist attractions, which is super convenient. Service: The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. On our first day, they helped us check in at 11 AM, which was very efficient."

"The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train station. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a Starbucks, and it's close to the bridge for easy access to boats heading to Mount Rigi. The only downside was the curtains didn't block out much light, so the room was quite bright at night. The evening I stayed, Spain won their semi-final match, and the street below was filled with fans honking horns and celebrating, which was a bit noisy."

I recommend booking a room with breakfast; it's very refined and includes freshly made omelets. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the train station, which is quite convenient. After check-in, they email you a guest card that allows free rides on the city buses. Overall, I would still recommend it."
