AAnonymous UserI stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards.
When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony 😍
Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room.
I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!👍👍👍

The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Lucerne train station, making it super convenient for getting around. LLewisZzzThe hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station and major attractions. It's a perfect choice for a short stay. However, the price is a bit high; compared to hotels in China costing 300-500 yuan, the rooms are a bit smaller, but I suppose that's acceptable for Switzerland. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth staying here. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station. It's less than a 5-minute walk; just turn left after exiting the station and cross the road. Upon checking in and arriving at my room, I was surprised to find the door wide open, the windows also wide open, and a trash can sitting on a chair. I went back to the front desk to inquire if the room was still being cleaned. I was told it had already been cleaned, and I was instructed to simply move the trash can myself. Having stayed in numerous hotels both domestically and internationally, this was a first for me. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. However, the amenities are quite basic; there's no mini-fridge or electric kettle. Furthermore, the curtains are just a sheer layer, with no blackout option, which definitely affected my sleep.

But there are also many shortcomings: 1) The room is small, and it is a bit difficult to move with two large pieces of luggage; 2) The breakfast is average, and there is not much to choose from. 3) Luggage handling is a problem, because you can't park at the door of the hotel, and the parking garage is across the road, so you have to drag your luggage yourself. There are two steps from the road to the hotel lobby, and there is no elevator. Of course, the beautiful waitress is very enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. The service attitude of the waiter is very good.

You check in yourself using the machine at the entrance, and then activate your room key card (pick it up from the small blue box nearby). The room is on the top floor. It's small but very clean and tidy. There's a large bed, suitable for two people. The bathroom is quite small, only fitting one person at a time. Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists.
