"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a bit worried because some reviews mentioned outdated decor, but after checking in, I found the room to be spacious enough, and both the decor and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel's hot spring was open until 10 PM, and the staff were incredibly patient with the kids who were playing in the pool until past 10, never rushing them and waiting until they were done. When I found one of the hot spring pools to be a degree or two too cool for my liking, a staff member proactively offered to turn up the heat, even though it was already 9:30 PM. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The two girls at the front desk and the hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a very worthwhile hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Anshun."

"There are several hotels of varying sizes nearby, but after reading the reviews, I chose this one, and it was definitely the right choice! 👍 It's close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance, making it convenient for transfers. The place is clean and fully smart-equipped, with no strange odors, and the sofa is stain-free. The service is excellent. They offer late-night snacks, and the breakfast spread is rich and delicious; I ate it without any stomach issues. Even if you arrive right at the end of the breakfast time, there's still food available. If you can't get a spot to do laundry and are extending your stay, you can ask the housekeeping staff to help wash your clothes the next day. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are very friendly and proactive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Anshun!"

"This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and while the usual 400-yuan rooms were over 1200 yuan this time (a bit painful!), the experience was still very good and left me with a great impression. This particular Atour has a nice location right by Hongshan Lake, and the lake view from the room upon entry was beautiful and expansive. The room felt a little small, but the design and layout were excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. Many details were well thought out; the bath and hand towels, for example, were not only high quality but also individually packaged, which really impressed me. Breakfast was also very good; while it didn't have the vast spread of a large hotel, it had everything you'd need. This stay introduced me to Atour Hotels, and I'd say the value for money is excellent, provided it's not peak season pricing."

"The warm bowl of rice noodles for breakfast was so comforting. My clothes got dirty visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall, so having the laundry and dryer facilities on the 3rd floor was incredibly convenient. What I liked most was the convenient transportation. It's so close to both the high-speed train station and the direct bus station for Huangguoshu Waterfall! Plus, there are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. Definitely recommend! 👍"

"The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded our room for free and even included breakfast. The hotel offers a pick-up service, and after booking, the driver contacted me half an hour in advance to confirm my arrival station and time. The hygiene was great, with a good separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Facilities were comprehensive, and the washer-dryer combo was super convenient for travelers. Service was top-notch, and the self-service breakfast included freshly cooked noodles, which was a nice touch. The environment was good overall, apart from a little noise from renovations upstairs. It's also very conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the Anshun Old Town commercial area, perfect for a leisurely stroll."

"This is definitely one of the hotels I've stayed at, about a 15-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The room was spacious with a great view, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful. Clothes hung in the bathroom to dry were dry the next day, which I loved! However, it was a little stuffy when showering, and the soundproofing was slightly poor, but not a major issue. Everything in the room was neat and tidy, making it very comfortable. There weren't many bubble tea delivery options nearby, but it was convenient for visiting attractions. The hotel's services were excellent. The owner and his staff are mostly young people, which I admire. They were very accommodating, providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate at the owner's place quite a few times, and the food was always delicious, with many local specialties. I hope the owner can develop some snack options! Also, if you can't handle spicy food, please don't add chili, haha. The owner and his staff are very kind; they'll help you find reliable drivers to share rides with if you need to go somewhere. They even took us to the high-speed rail station because they were worried we wouldn't make it in time! We were so touched; it felt like we'd developed a bond with the hotel! Finally, I wish you booming business. Boss and staff, please smoke less; it's bad for your health! I'd love to stay at your place again next time I have the chance."
