Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Highly, highly recommend this hotel!!! I traveled to Huangguoshu Waterfall by myself, so here's my review. First, let's talk about the hotel overall. The front desk service was excellent and left a great impression on me. The hotel also has a pool and a gym, and the restaurant is quite large (though there are local specialty restaurants right outside, which I think are better for experiencing local flavor). Then there's the room! It was comfortable and clean, really hard to find any fault with it. Plus, the smart home features made the trip even more worthwhile. P.S. Huangguoshu Waterfall was truly magnificent during this period, but unfortunately, due to the rainy season, some areas were inaccessible. It's a shame, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Here in this very pretty and clean room for one night! It would be nice to stay here for another night but there was nothing nice around except 黄果树 scenic area. There was pick-up service using the home stay's car to and fro the scenic area. The driver was very flexible about it. He was also a nice person to chat with! The homestay also had their own restaurant at level 1. Food was quite good. I got takeaway so I could enjoy my dinner while watching drama. Room facilities and toilet were good. Breakfast was provided too. Those going to the scenic area, I will recommend you to stay here! The driver and workers were very nice.

This hotel was superb. Well situated about 15 minutes taxi ride from the main train station. It was clean, excellent value for money, close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops and services. Whatever you needed fixing or to buy you could most likely get it done close by the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and  to help me with services, getting directions to restaurants, shops or helping to get anything I required for my journey out of town given my very limited Chinese language ability. Staff were polite and friendly and always just a phone call away to assist. The rooms were spotless and cosy with a good outlook from the windows onto the surrounding buildings. Room service staff were also friendly and lovely people as were other staff who came to assist  in making more bookings on my final night. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I must praise the hotel's attention to detail! The bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, the toiletries had a pleasant, light fragrance, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including local specialty rice noodles. The value for money was outstanding, and I've already recommended it to my friends. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, provided excellent service—attentive and patient. Thumbs up!

Room: The room was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness: Very clean, exceeding expectations. Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of choices. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle driver was very attentive. It's very close to the scenic area. The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. Huangguoshu Scenic Area Shuttle Service: The car was very clean, and the staff were very friendly; just let us know in advance.

Overall, a great stay experience, not only the room is clean and tidy, the most important thing is that the service is too good, from the moment you enter the hotel front desk, the beauty has been smiling, even the cleaning aunt is very warm, and the breakfast is also very rich, I am resting in the rest area The waiter also took the initiative to give me Tea, I really didn't expect this hotel in the town to surprise me so much! This hotel is my first choice next time.

I called the hotel to arrange a pick-up for two elderly relatives. Even though their regular driver was off, the owner managed to find a car to bring them to the hotel. My relatives were very pleased with the room I booked for them; they even sent me a video showing the nice view from the window. They also mentioned the room was spacious and clean.

The room is too ordinary and does not meet the standard hardware facilities of the international hotel. The service guide is not good enough. For example, where is the breakfast, what time can you go to the meal and other services.

Hefayuan Hotel Stay Experience My overall experience at Hefayuan Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient for getting around. The hotel's exterior is quite unique, with its ethnic architectural design adding a distinct local flavor. There's also Baiweixuan Private Kitchen downstairs, offering a wide array of dining options. I stayed in a twin room. The room was spacious and well-organized, with two neat beds and soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The window offered an open view of the surrounding scenery, and the room had good natural light and ventilation. The amenities were comprehensive; the air conditioning ran steadily, and facilities like the TV and kettle were all available, meeting everyday travel needs. The decor was simple yet elegant, and the room was clean and tidy with good maintenance down to the details. The soundproofing was decent, and the environment was quiet and not noisy, allowing for undisturbed rest. The only minor drawback was that the bedding was a bit wrinkled; it would have been better if it had been smoothed out. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The facilities are complete, the environment is quiet, and it's convenient for travel and dining. It's suitable for business trips or temporary stays, making it a top-notch choice for accommodation in the area. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
