"My top choice for business trips! The location is super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, so my schedule wasn't delayed at all. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable and met all my work needs. It's really good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"This was the worst hotel experience I had during my trip around Shaanxi. The separate management really lowered the overall quality of my stay. The front desk staff were lukewarm, and they even asked me for payment records when I tried to extend my stay. By half an hour before breakfast ended, there was hardly anything left to eat (and there wasn't much to begin with). My room was on the 19th floor, but that didn't stop small flying insects from getting in. When I borrowed an electric mosquito swatter from the hotel at night, I was told to return it quickly. The service lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem to consider the guests' needs. Shouldn't the hotel handle pest control first? Even though it's a newly opened hotel, the carpets in the hallway already had visible stains. I booked this hotel because it was ranked number one, but it definitely didn't live up to its reputation!"

"The overall experience is definitely positive but I feel the hotel could improve its service that matches its hardware, the property itself.  This hotel is on par with some other hotels we stayed recently but its service does have a lot room for desire. After I showed my reservation and it clearly indicates the room is for two, I was still asked if it was for three, just because there were two people walked in with me together? Then went to the non-smoking room that smells conspicuously otherwise. The front desk instead offers to “treat” the room before offering a different room. The replacement is much better but I saw an ashtray in the room and the staff then replied it’s part of standard room amenities 🥴. The next morning around 7:30am, I was about to go to front desk and asks for more toilet paper but happens to see a staff, she used a walkie talkie and asks someone to deliver the toilet paper for me. She was so loud that I was afraid some guests might come out their rooms and scold her.  But the hotel’s carpet looks gorgeous and feels great too, and the corridors are much broader than norms. Also the toilet paper was delivered by the robot as shown in the pic, which was kind of cool."

"It was a wise decision to choose Baoji Haitang Hotel for vacation this time! The Holiday Inn Superior Suite we stayed in was spacious and cozy. When the warm lights were turned on, the homey atmosphere was instantly created. The room facilities are very complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The hotel's service was very considerate. Knowing that we were traveling with two adults and one child, they gave us an extra breakfast. The breakfast had a rich variety, including Chinese and Western styles, and we were very satisfied with the meal. The afternoon tea is also very good, with exquisite snacks and fragrant drinks, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing time in the room. "The local specialty snacks for breakfast are amazing, including vegetable tofu, steamed buns with tofu pudding, roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo), and oil tea. Especially the steamed buns with tofu pudding, they are so delicious that I can eat three bowls for breakfast. I'm still drooling just thinking about it. It's amazing! The design and view of the suite are also very good."

"The hotel receptionist was very attentive and had excellent service. I arrived very early that day, and she always put me ahead of everyone else in line.
