"This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance."

"Overall, this hotel was quite comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was large, and it didn't feel cramped. The hotel environment looked grand, and the location was convenient; parking was easy if you drove there. The room was clean and had a good view, so I slept well at night. The staff were also very friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again next time I'm in Changxing."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but you can tell the materials used for the renovation back then were top-notch. The cleanliness was also good, which was acceptable for us traveling with a baby. Since our baby is quite young, we brought our own set of sheets, a summer blanket, and a pillow, but the hotel's bedding felt pretty good too. Environment: The room came with a balcony, so the view was incredible. We could see Taihu Lake in the distance. The 27th-floor buffet breakfast restaurant was huge and offered even better views. Service: It was truly too crowded during the summer holiday. The hotel was hosting a lot of guests, which felt a bit overwhelming with people everywhere. However, the convenience was great. From the hotel's underground parking, you just cross a bridge directly to the scenic spot, which was perfect for watching the fireworks and 'Dahuo' (iron flowers) at night. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and they gave us a very quiet room; it wasn't noisy at all."

"This was my first time bringing my 2-year-old son to Chimelong, and I chose the Animal World Hotel. It's right next to the Animal World, which was super convenient as my son loves animals. We went through both the safari drive-through and the walking zones. You can access it directly from the hotel's basement, which was incredibly handy! It's also very close to the Grand Circus show. The hotel staff added me on WeChat right away and arranged everything perfectly for me! I didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another night!"

"This hotel might be a nice big hotel in the local area. During the few days I stayed there, I saw several wedding banquets, birthday banquets, etc. The first floor is very lively. The hotel is quite large, but the facilities are old. The lighting in the room is dim and the decoration is old-fashioned brown. The angle of the TV display is somewhat magical, and you need to rotate the TV to watch it. The hotel's breakfast is outsourced. The overall service was not disappointing, but there was nothing impressive or satisfactory about it either. Chain business hotels of the same price or cheaper will be better in room lighting and value-added services."

"The hotel was excellent, and we were upgraded to a Lake Taihu view room with fantastic scenery. The breakfast was also very rich and plentiful. We brought our child, and had many personalized requests, asking for various things to be delivered, which were all quickly responded to and satisfied. Overall, we were very pleased. If I had to mention a drawback, it's that Dragon Dream is simply too big. During the summer, it's very crowded. Getting from the hotel to the Grand Circus, Performance City, and Animal Park was convenient, but getting back was pretty challenging, especially after the Grand Circus show ended. Driving would get stuck in traffic, and the shuttle bus required long queues. One point of criticism is about the Grand Circus. If you buy a guest ticket and can't upgrade to VIP or Supreme, you have to arrive very early to queue and grab a good seat. Otherwise, without a good spot, you really can't see anything. Is it that hard to implement assigned seating and tiered sales? Having to queue in the summer with multiple children in tow was truly unbearable. I hope this feedback can be relayed to the scenic area for improvement."
