"Every year, I come to Yucheng to rest. The room in Changling Mansion is very quiet. The service staff I met are well-qualified. The hotel management is very good. I stayed in the hotel in the city. "説實話這是我第一次主動寫好評，和老公出游回程，這衹是一個途徑點歇腳一晚，入住去的溝通其實算我覺得很正常的服務，但是因為我老公腳崴了，不方便提行李上樓梯，所以還是決定打個電話給前台讓人幫忙拿行李，已經凌晨半了，沒想到工作人員還是很熱情，直接到車庫停車位來幫忙，這是其一，其二辦理入住工作人員發現身份證沒有保護套，給我們裝上了，雖然這種玩意對我們來説也沒啥用，但是這點很細心，其三辦理入住完前台工作人員看見我老公腳瘸着走，主動詢問是否需要葯品支持。其四因酒店內有電梯，工作人員並未在半夜十分給人幫忙拿了行李就不管了，還是在辦理入住後幫我們送至房間，並走後正對回退關門，出門道安，專業度極高。其四退房時比較突然，因人手不夠，就連酒店清潔阿姨也熱情幫忙拿行李，貼心幫我拿到車能夠開到的門口，並提議引領我一起到那裡方便上車，避免我多走路曬太陽。一家不到300元的酒店，能做到如此細節服務，實屬罕見， 服務：👆 ： 環境：優雅 衞生：乾淨 設施：用心，枕頭比較舒服，貼心準備了一次性水杯在洗漱台"

The housekeeper is particularly hospitable. It is the first time I met such a young lady who loves the hotel from the heart and loves her hometown. It makes people feel like a spring breeze and feel full of vitality. This must be praised 👍 There is a city opening performance of the ancient city at the fixed time at the door, full of fireworks, and the ancient city on the beginning of the Hualantern is like a world away. The homestay is integrated with the ancient city, it is worth experiencing 👍"

"非常非常非常非常棒的酒店！！ 到達的時候小姐姐剛好給我打電話，知道我們到了中正門會出來接。住店中的所有問題都應答得非常及時！ 因為朋友還有工作需要在房間處理，當時房間內沒有枱燈，天黑後光線比較暗，求助前台後小姐姐搬了個枱燈給她，超級感謝！！！我出去吃飯打包飯菜回來忘了拿餐具，小姐姐也很熱心地幫我找了一次性餐具。 退房的時候和另一個前台姐姐説幫忙喊一下拼車，介紹了一個靠譜細心的司機給我們，我的手機繩有線崩了，想借針線包來加固一下，姐姐主動幫我縫了！這些本來並不在她們的職責範圍內，但她們一直保持着熱情燦爛的笑容服務着每一位住客，盡力滿足着大家的要求，即便是深夜回來，她們也依然熱情飽滿地服務！真的很感謝！有賓至如歸的感覺！ 提一點點房間上的建議，一個是房間的燈光相對昏暗，如果可以，希望書桌配備枱燈，除了辦公，化粧、寫遊記的時候也很需要；第二是衞生間增加掛鈎或牆上置物架，洗澡的時候沒有地方放換洗的衣服有一點點的不方便。 總體來説，這是一家從人員到設施都很優秀酒店，再來黔陽古城，依然會選擇這裏！"
