"Start from when we arrive at the train station, because we do not know how to go, and not that far, so, the boss helped us, picking up from the train station. Went inside, already asked for a seated toilet, he also upgraded my room. After a few days travelling from Zhangjiajie, I finally enjoyed the warm water from the shower room that also a plus point. I like the Japanese style toilet also. He also has connections with someone that can drive you to xijiang thousand village, so, you do not need to walk to the train station. Boss also helped me with my Taobao, that I Miss type information inside. Hotels also have a water filter for you to top up your flask. The room is perfectly clean. The layout of the room is also good. At the end of our journey, because we got many suitcases, the handsome boss drove us back to the train station. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend who wants to stay in Kaili south"

The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with a giant leaf-shaped chandelier that's incredibly stylish and incorporates local ethnic characteristics. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. The buffet restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a rich variety of breakfast options including pastries, hot dishes, and authentic local delicacies from Southeast Guizhou like Sour Soup Noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's free parking for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like Xijiang and Xiashi. The guest rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As a hotel under the Culture and Tourism brand, the quality is reliable, making for a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kaili!"

"I booked this for a friend's family, and they gave amazing feedback! They said this is truly the best hotel in Kaili. Both the service and facilities were absolutely fantastic. The 'Kali Lao Cai Supper [Double Meal]' was delicious and authentic. The breakfast was very unique and catered perfectly to both adults and children, with a great variety of options. They even made badges at the hotel, each family member creating their own design – a wonderful way to remember their trip to Kaili! Upon check-out, they even received some red sour soup as a gift. The location is also excellent, right in the city center, close to everything. It's just a few minutes' drive to Xiuli Tao, and there are many authentic Kaili eateries nearby. The hotel is also directly across the street from a park, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner, and Kaili is beautiful this season with flowers everywhere. Highly recommended!"

It's also very close to the Kaili Museum, which offers free admission. If you want to go to the park, it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Plus, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great bonus!"
