"This is an established five-star hotel right at the foot of Mount Tai. It offers Golden Key service, and while the hotel itself might be a bit older, the service is truly excellent! As soon as we arrived, the bellhop warmly opened the door and helped with our luggage. When checking in, Ms. Xiao Wang at the front desk was gentle and approachable, and kindly answered all our questions, which immediately left a great impression. 👍🏻👍🏻 Even staff in the hallways would proactively nod and greet guests – truly befitting a long-standing five-star establishment! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Tianwai Village Tourist Center in the mornings. There's also a pet park where you can get free vegetables at the front desk to feed the small animals with your kids. The bellhop even provided hiking poles and raincoats, which was a thoughtful touch. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a small art museum we noticed when going to the pet park. You can take your kids there to draw and do crafts, which looked quite interesting. I recommend prioritizing the mountain-view rooms, located in Building B, which is slightly newer than Building A and offers a better experience."

"I had a very satisfying stay, everything met the Hilton brand's quality standards. Both the soft and hard aspects were excellent, the facilities were relatively new, the room was very spacious, and it was clean. The breakfast was also great and served until 10 AM. The staff were very responsive, professional, and efficient. The only minor drawback was that all the suites were located at the very end of the hallway. However, this did make for a quiet rest. The soundproofing was a little lacking, as I could hear children being noisy next door. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice in Tai'an. It's very convenient to take a taxi to Tianwai Village Station, and there's a good restaurant right next door."

"Located on the western outskirts of Tai'an, this is a relatively new 5-star hotel, but it's already showing some signs of age. The hotel features a Baroque, European palace-style design, making it great for photos. I even saw many brides taking wedding pictures there. The room was spacious, and the bed was huge. We were upgraded to a garden-view room, and the balcony overlooked a lovely small garden. However, the bathroom faces the bed, so light streams in first thing in the morning. Also, there's an air vent directly above the sink, which made brushing my teeth and washing my face quite cold. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious."

"The hotel is a five-star property. Winta Liang at the front desk provided excellent service and even helped us with a room upgrade. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good, and the comfort level is great. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is a fantastic amenity. However, the public areas and elevators didn't have air conditioning in the mornings, which is something that needs improvement. The breakfast selection was limited and didn't seem to feature much local flavor; I suggest they work on that."

"The hotel facilities are quite complete, and the bathroom in the room was very clean. The only downside was that parking was a bit tight, which might be due to the peak tourist season. It's only a 10-minute walk to Dai Temple, so after we checked in and dropped off our luggage, we headed straight there, which was very convenient."

"The condition of the room was absolutely dreadful and dilapidated, with mould on walls and in the bathroom, multiple stains on the walls which looks like mud/blood/killed bugs, and the bathroom smelled really badly. We were given a room with blood stained duvet cover and bedsheets, which was promptly changed after we pointed it out. The only reason that I'm not leaving a one star review is because the receptionist was very kind and professional and he tried the best to sort out the bedsheet situation. We did not request a room change since even the corridors were messy and the courtyard was full of rubbish, so we assumed that the whole place would look like the room we were assigned, especially that we mentioned in our booking that we are on a honeymoon, so we expected to see some effort on hotel's side. The positives: kind staff, beautiful architecture (but the place is not cleaned often enough), central location so you don't have to climb more stairs as opposed to other hotels, free water and toiletries in the room (although I refused to shower in that bathroom), a beautiful location for the morning sunrise watching and a polite tour guide. Attaching the pictures of the beautiful sunrise. I didn't have high expectations since I was keeping in mind that it's a place that's difficult to access, and I rarely leave bad reviews for any accommodation, but I think that it's needed to point out to the property what needs improving so they don't go out of business. I have no idea how on earth they have a 4* ranking. Perhaps we were given a low standard room, however, we went for one of the cheapest options and I was still more expensive than staying in a 5* hotel in Shanghai (that's where we were before)"

The facilities were complete, the location was convenient, and it was easy to get around. It offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. "Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff was doing a great job. The location was conveniently located close to the Mount Tai's Tianwai Cun visitor center. Breakfast was okay. One morning, there were many guests at breakfast, so all the foods were gone and we had to wait 10 minutes for new foods. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again."
