"My trip to Mount Tai was full of surprises, starting right from check-in – a free room upgrade! The front desk lady smiled and said I was lucky, but I thought to myself: this isn't luck, it's this hotel warming my heart. The free parking also won me over. Once I parked my car, I didn't move it again. I used the money I saved on parking to treat myself to some Taishan fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The room was so clean I actually wondered if the cleaning staff used a microscope. The bed was so comfortable that the moment I lay down, I felt like I was glued to it. I had planned to get up early to climb Mount Tai, but the bed 'kidnapped' me until noon – oh well, the mountain isn't going anywhere, comfort comes first. The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s so close to the high-speed rail station that I was there before I even knew it after getting off the train. It’s also near Taohua Valley, so I could avoid the crowds entering the mountain, and it was even within walking distance, saving time and effort. In summary: This hotel is so good, I want to recommend it every time I stay there."

The clothes drying rack in the bathroom was especially nice, perfect for washing small items. While there's a laundry room, it's rarely used and inconvenient unless it's for larger items. So this small detail was incredibly satisfying. There's also a bar, and the room is spacious, making it a very pleasant place to stay."

"因為考試來這裏住宿的,地理位置很好,離泰安站就一公里多,附近就是個步行街,有超市,也有餐館。房間和圖片完全一樣,設施齊全,打掃得也很乾凈,床很軟,空調很給力,熱水也很足,前台姐姐服務態度超好,還幫我升了房,退房的時候把錢包落在房間裏了,前台姐姐馬上打電話通知我,可惜那時候我已經在回家的路上了,衹能委託前台姐姐幫我郵寄了。"

GGuest UserI've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏

GGuest UserWe chose a family suite at the Baolong Hotel for our May Day trip to Mount Tai, and it was excellent, exceeding our expectations! The environment and service were five-star, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the extra-large bathroom with a bathtub was fantastic! Xiao Chai at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful!

GGuest UserThe overall decor and layout are pretty standard for a Wanda or R&F hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. I do want to mention a small incident: When I checked in, my phone was dead, and the front desk asked for a deposit. I explained I couldn't pay it at that moment and asked if it could be waived, as many hotels nowadays don't require a deposit. I understand hotel procedures, but the front desk agent suggested I could just remove all the consumables from the room instead! Honestly, many hotels offer complimentary minibars, and often even if you drink something, they don't charge you for it. So, in all my years of staying in hotels, I've never encountered such a request! About an hour later, I went downstairs and paid the 500 deposit. But what really made me want to bring this up in my review is that when I felt unwell in the early hours and wanted a carbonated drink, I opened the minibar only to find just two free bottles of water, despite a drink price list clearly being on the table! I was too tired and uncomfortable to specifically call for a drink to be brought to the room then. When I checked out, the front desk confirmed that rooms on the 27th floor don't have minibar drinks. Okay, so two points: 1. If I was intentionally placed on a floor without minibar drinks because I initially didn't pay a deposit, I find that practice very confusing and unsettling. And if that's the case, shouldn't they have restocked it after I paid the deposit? 2. If it was an unintentional arrangement, then why does the hotel have specific floors without minibars? Is that fair treatment? This one issue really soured my experience, preventing me from giving a full five-star rating.

XXC_PaltThis hotel is excellent, truly a great hotel. I was climbing Mount Tai with my parents and worried about not getting enough rest, so I spent a long time choosing a hotel. We stayed in the Cozy Family Reunion Suite, which offered great value for money. It had a large heated bed (kang) that was more than spacious enough for three adults. The room was on the second floor, had no strange odors, and featured a private bathroom with hot water. There was a window that could be opened for ventilation, and on good weather days, it even caught the sun from 6 to 8 AM. Despite being street-facing, the room was very well soundproofed, and my parents slept soundly through the night. The hotel service was also excellent; every staff member greeted us with a smile. I even asked the front desk to break some large bills into smaller change. Next time I climb Mount Tai, it would be even better to bring more 1, 5, and 10 yuan banknotes. The breakfast here was absolutely delicious. Perhaps it was due to the mountain spring water, or maybe the chef's excellent skills, but we ate heartily and felt very satisfied. After watching the sunrise and sea of clouds in the morning, enjoying such a rich and delicious breakfast truly brightened our entire day. The millet porridge was thick and creamy, the stir-fried noodles were very fragrant, and the soy milk was also fantastic. They even specially prepared hot mountain spring water, which I found very tasty. The hotel has its own dedicated sunrise viewing spot, which is not at Riguan Peak. For those over 60 or with mobility issues, it's probably better to go to Riguan Peak, which is more crowded but has better infrastructure. The hotel's viewing spot is a bit far, and there's a place where you need to crouch down and crawl through a one-meter-long tunnel using your hands and feet, which isn't very suitable for elderly people. The hotel's location, at the Qianlong Imperial Palace, is likely the quietest among all the mountaintop hotels, perfect for rest. It's right next to the Taohuayuan cable car station and very close to Tianjie. From Nantianmen to the hotel entrance is probably only about 100 meters. At night, there aren't many people walking around outside the hotel for night climbs, which is a big difference from other hotels. Friends who aren't in good physical condition should ideally take the bus from Tianwai Village to Zhongtianmen, and then take the cable car up the mountain. For seniors over 60, tickets are free, and bus and cable car fares are half price. Note that you need to book and pay for tickets in advance via the WeChat official account to enjoy the free and half-price benefits. I'm not sure if seniors can still get half-price tickets if they buy them on-site. Remember to bring your ID for ticket verification before boarding; the process is quick. If you get motion sickness, bring motion sickness medicine and plastic bags in advance, as the mountain roads are quite winding. The cable car might occasionally be suspended due to weather or maintenance. Also, the sunrise and sea of clouds might not meet expectations due to bad weather. So, before climbing, be sure to check the weather conditions before deciding to go. When we climbed on May 20th, it was cloudy with light rain, but May 21st was a rare clear, sunny day. Both the sea of clouds and the sunrise were incredibly beautiful. On the bus, we encountered a family with an 87-year-old grandmother climbing Mount Tai. We also saw many elderly people climbing up from the base of the mountain. As long as you have a plan to climb Mount Tai, just go for it!
