"Xinhua Ramada Plaza Hotel is located in a bustling area, and it is very convenient for dining, entertainment and shopping around. The hotel has a ground parking lot and a two-story underground parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving parking. The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively new, the hygiene is very good, and the room area is relatively large. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the room even involves a special cloakroom. Overall, it can be regarded as the ceiling of a luxury hotel in Xinhua. My wife also said that the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and I have to change the same pillows as the hotel at home (see photos, begging for purchase links, hahaha). My wife and children have to eat a full bowl every morning. The waiter is also very capable, cleaning the table and replenishing the dishes in a timely manner. "Vienna has hotels all over the country, so this wasn't my first time staying in Vienna. However, it was my first time staying in Xinhua. I really enjoyed the front desk service; it was friendly and polite. I especially commend the receptionist numbered 0020. She had a warm smile, was helpful, and was polite. She especially remembered every guest she served, knowing their floor and room. The housekeepers were also very polite, greeting guests politely. My only complaint was the breakfast, which was a bit bland."

"This hotel is not bad. The room is quite large. The front desk service attitude is also very good. They will greet guests when they see them. "I went to Xinhua for a business trip and compared several hotels. I finally chose the Starway Hotel. The stay was really good. The lobby is very atmospheric, the stay is very convenient, the lobby has a coffee machine and tea. The room is very warm and the central air conditioning is very comfortable. The sanitation is particularly good, the washing products are great, the service is very warm, there are many types of breakfast, and I especially like to eat rice noodles here. It is really cost-effective to live in such a hotel for two hundred yuan in the county. I will come here for a business trip to Xinhua later."

"I think it's best to warn everyone to avoid these places: 1. The air conditioning is terrible. I left it on at 30 degrees Celsius all night, and when I woke up, the room felt exactly the same as before! 2. The Wi-Fi signal was full, but the speed was so slow I couldn't even load a picture on Toutiao (a Chinese news aggregator app), let alone watch videos. I had to use mobile data all night! 3. The sink was outside the bathroom, without any partition – this design is absurd! 4. The bathroom door had a 2cm gap, making it impossible to close! 5. The front desk service was seriously negligent! I arrived around 5 PM to check in, and there was no one at the front desk. I thought they would be back soon, but I waited for over 10 minutes with my 20-pound luggage before a staff member finally came over with dinner, without even an apology. Then, during check-in, they said I hadn't made a reservation, then they said I had canceled it. Luckily, this time I placed the order myself, not through a subordinate. Then they said the reservation wasn't made by me. After another 10 minutes of hassle, I finally found out she had received a message from Ctrip but forgot to complete the offline reservation process! I finally got to the room at 5:30. The only advantage was that it was relatively close to the client's site. In summary, it was not worth the price."

I was woken by birdsong in the morning, and opening the window revealed a view of lush greenery; the air was so fresh I couldn't help but take a few deep breaths. The room's decor was very unique, retaining local traditional elements while incorporating modern comforts. The owner's attention to detail was evident in everything from the soft bedding to the exquisite toiletries—everything made me feel cared for. I especially want to commend the host for their warmth and thoughtfulness. Before check-in, they provided detailed directions and suggestions for nearby attractions, and thoughtfully prepared local snacks and a handwritten welcome card, instantly making me feel ”at home.” The homestay's location was also very convenient; it was just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions and food streets, quiet yet not remote. Furthermore, the breakfast was very plentiful, with fresh ingredients, many of which were grown by the host or sourced locally, resulting in authentic and healthy flavors. In short, it was a very pleasant stay, not only comfortable but also filled with the warmth of human connection. Highly recommended for those looking to relax and experience the local culture; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
