"I checked in early in the afternoon, and the moment I opened the door, I just wanted to take pictures. Wow. The sunlight streaming through the curtains was so warm and inviting. Combined with how clean and tidy the room was, my first thought was, 'I definitely made the right choice.' The facilities and equipment were quite new, but most importantly, everything was spotless. On the table was a copy of 'Ordinary World,' which I'd love to own. The front desk even offered to mail me a new set. After soaking up some sun and resting for a bit, I went down to the front desk to ask for travel tips. Following their advice, I visited one spot after another without having to backtrack. Both the sightseeing and the food were great. It was a really enjoyable trip."

A special shout-out to front desk manager Anna, whose service was exceptionally detailed and thoughtful. Not only did she upgrade us for free to a special 'kang' room (a traditional heated bed), but she also had the air conditioning on in advance, so we walked into a wonderfully warm room – truly considerate.
