Bring your children to Yan'an for a red education tour and choose this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. It is located in the city center, next to Qingliang Mountain, close to the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Zaoyuan, and Yangjialing. It is very convenient to walk to Erdao Street for snacks in a few minutes. The front desk upgraded the room when entering the store, and provided free extended service when checking out. The housekeepers Xiao Zhao and Master Yang are warm and thoughtful, and the service is particularly good. I will continue to choose this hotel when I have the opportunity to come to Yan'an next time.

Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

Facilities: The room was very clean and highly automated. Hygiene: Housekeeping was prompt, and the air quality was good. Environment: There are many dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. The parking lot is quite spacious. Service: The front desk staff was friendly, and customer service was very patient.

The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate. The front desk service is very good, and all communications are very smooth. We were upgraded to a new room for free. The room is very new and clean. There are laundry rooms on the second and fourth floors of the hotel, with the same configuration. There are two washing machines and one dryer, which are very new and easy to use. The laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent. The room can see the Yan River and Yan'an No. 5 Middle School opposite, and the scenery is very good. The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is quite rich. There are rice noodles in the open stall, and the fruits are watermelon and cherry tomatoes. The porridge is basically mung bean porridge and red bean porridge every day. The fried rice is delicious, and there are several hot and cold dishes, as well as small cakes and bread. The restaurant opposite the hotel is also very delicious. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. A very perfect hotel, thank you.

The hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

I just stayed at the Vienna International Hotel in Yan'an New District, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, which made me feel good. The check-in process was efficient and attentive, and she even thoughtfully recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is great for business trips and vacations. I especially want to praise the mattress in the room! It's supposedly specially developed, and lying on it feels like being gently cradled by a cloud, with a perfect balance of support and softness. Even though I'm a light sleeper, I slept soundly until morning, waking up refreshed and completely free of fatigue! The breakfast the next day was also a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance and an unexpectedly wide variety of options. There was Chinese-style hot porridge and steamed buns, Western-style bread and coffee, as well as various fresh fruits, delicate pastries, and even local specialties—everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. This hotel has a very high-end feel in terms of decor and facilities, exuding sophistication, but the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money! Next time, whether it's for business or leisure, I will definitely choose this Vienna International Hotel again!

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

An efficient stopover for self-driving tours: The staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are clean and tidy; facilities such as the laundry room are complete; and it's within walking distance of Wuyue Plaza. Minor issue: The breakfast was a bit cold.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

The room and bedding are clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, very close to the attractions, suitable for morning exercises, although the breakfast is not rich but it is close, Chinese food can be ordered very convenient, the service staff did not say, warm and thoughtful.
