Bring your children to Yan'an for a red education tour and choose this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. It is located in the city center, next to Qingliang Mountain, close to the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Zaoyuan, and Yangjialing. It is very convenient to walk to Erdao Street for snacks in a few minutes. The front desk upgraded the room when entering the store, and provided free extended service when checking out. The housekeepers Xiao Zhao and Master Yang are warm and thoughtful, and the service is particularly good. I will continue to choose this hotel when I have the opportunity to come to Yan'an next time.

Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

Facilities: The room was very clean and highly automated. Hygiene: Housekeeping was prompt, and the air quality was good. Environment: There are many dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. The parking lot is quite spacious. Service: The front desk staff was friendly, and customer service was very patient.

The room is very new and clean. There are laundry rooms on the second and fourth floors of the hotel, with the same configuration. There are two washing machines and one dryer, which are very new and easy to use. The laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent. The room can see the Yan River and Yan'an No. 5 Middle School opposite, and the scenery is very good. The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is quite rich. There are rice noodles in the open stall, and the fruits are watermelon and cherry tomatoes. The porridge is basically mung bean porridge and red bean porridge every day. The fried rice is delicious, and there are several hot and cold dishes, as well as small cakes and bread. The restaurant opposite the hotel is also very delicious. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. A very perfect hotel, thank you.

The hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

An efficient stopover for self-driving tours: The staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms are clean and tidy; facilities such as the laundry room are complete; and it's within walking distance of Wuyue Plaza. Minor issue: The breakfast was a bit cold.

The cinema king-size bed room is very good. The layout and comfort of the room are relatively high. Compared with other room types I stayed in before, it is more cost-effective. I recommend staying in this room type. Afternoon tea for two: I especially like afternoon tea. This design is very friendly to business travelers and feels good.

I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like. Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

The room and bedding are clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, very close to the attractions, suitable for morning exercises, although the breakfast is not rich but it is close, Chinese food can be ordered very convenient, the service staff did not say, warm and thoughtful.
