"Grand Bávaro Princess – All Inclusive was a great experience. The best part, without a doubt, is the beach: wide, soft sand, turquoise water, and a truly beautiful view. Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around. Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste. Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back."

"My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price."

"This resort was beautiful and had lots to do. Children are allowed, there’s a kids area and even a teen hang out. There are multiple pools and a beach. There are about 5 specialty restaurants that open at night, but require reservations—I ate at Fogo and it was delicious. During the day, there’s a buffet snack bar, coffee shop, and icecream bar available, plus a sports bar that’s open 24/7. In the evenings, the lobby has entertainment, including shows and a DJ. Theres a trolly that comes every few minutes to take you around the resort if you don’t want to walk. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful wildlife roaming the resort and the amazing service staff—most were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t consider this a party resort; it’s more geared toward families and low-key fun. Definitely check out the beach bar—John and Gerson are fantastic bartenders, very friendly and entertaining. There’s also a snack buffet there that overlooks the beach, so you can enjoy a nice breeze while you eat. I traveled Solo. My only downside was the rooms. They each had a balcony, and really could have been great, but cleanliness could be greatly improved. I had to change rooms twice—first due to the AC not working, then because the balcony door wouldn’t lock. All 3 rooms weren’t very clean mainly the bathrooms. Im not a picky person so By the third room I had both locked doors and ac, so I just went with it lol. On the positive side, they did upgrade me to a larger room, which I appreciated. I did feel like some of the front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating. Neither of those issues were my fault and it seem like a bother or hassle for them to swap my room. Overall, it’s a lovely resort with great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a safe, beautiful place to unwind with family or enjoy a laid-back vacation."

"I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)"

"This was our family trip to celébrate my daughter anniversary and everything was good, but what we enjoy the most was our daughter and mother day spa. The group in tha spa (Yaridis, Juliana and Olga) were very professional  and they were very aware of making us fill a pleasant and unforgettable vacation and celebration. We went to the spa for services twice during the stay."

"The resort grounds are large and beautiful. We were impressed by the abundance of flowers and greenery. There are plenty of staff and security guards on site, which created a feeling of safety. All the staff were very polite and helpful: our concierge responded quickly to any requests and questions, and at the reception desk, they helped us with a quick check-in using the resort app. However, I found the app itself difficult to use. There's a small shop on the resort grounds where we could buy drinks, snacks, fruits, and vegetables. The fruit here is delicious, especially the mangoes. However, during our weeklong stay, we only managed to buy one mango. On the other days, they were quickly sold out. The food in the restaurant was delicious; we were very pleased, except for our last dinner, when they brought us two oversalted main courses. The sea bream, chicken, and side dishes were oversalted. The restaurant management insisted the dishes were salty enough until I asked to try them. We were given a 30% discount, but it didn't save our mood. We were surprised that Uber worked well here, and it was easy to order a taxi. Our apartment was clean and cozy, but there was a strong musty smell coming from the kitchen drawers (probably from the high humidity from the ocean). So we didn't use it and ate in the restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience with this resort, the ocean, the bright sunny skies, and the people who were so happy with life. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! Overall"

"This was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! The best chef on this planet Wander Montilla with amazingly beautifully looking and heavenly tasting dishes. 😋 Thank you for your unforgettable dinner at the stake house restaurant! Also, the cooking show in Asian restaurant is worth seeing! The food is amazing and the products are high quality. We are more than happy with our rest!"

"It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages..."

"The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment."

"1. This is an old hotel with a particularly good beach location. I once walked six kilometers along the beach and found that the beach of this hotel can be said to be the best among the resort hotels in a string along the coast of Punta Cana. 2. How about the service? It's basically OK. The room cleaning staff and restaurant service staff are very good, but the front desk staff is just so-so. It takes at least 20 minutes to check in. They are slow and indifferent to guests. 3. If you ask the bellhop at the door to call a taxi for you, you must confirm the price repeatedly to prevent the bellhop and the taxi driver from cheating you. Of course, the money cheated will not be much, maybe only three or five US dollars, but when you know that you have been cheated, although the money is not much, it is still very unpleasant to be treated like a **. 4. On the first day of check-in, there was a strong musty smell in the room. After calling the hotel customer service, they quickly changed the full set of pillows, quilts, etc., and sprayed a lot of freshener, so the musty smell was suppressed. From the second day onwards, I could no longer smell the musty smell. 5..The locals speak Spanish, so it is a bit difficult to communicate in English. 6. There are still a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, and the bites are painful and itchy. But this is the case in all resort hotels here, and mosquitoes are unavoidable. 7. The hotel's food is great."
