"Very fancy hotel. This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral. The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful! The good: - Spacious room. - Dogs welcome. -Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules). -Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices. -Underground parking at 20€/night. The bad: -35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them. -I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude! By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!"

"This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to landmarks, shops, and bus stations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. There was an emergency light over the door that was on all night making it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again."

"No tienen puesto que se pueda utilizar el aire acondicionado y en la habitación hace un calor terrible que hace insoportable es estar cómodo , una pena porque por lo demás está bien todo el hotel igual falta un poco más de limpieza ya que los cristales de la bañera no estaban limpios y el espejo del armario tenía dedos marcados , por lo demás bien pero lo del aire es un fallo que no se puede pasar porque ofrecen un confort que en este caso no me lo han dado"
