We arrived and the pool was closed. The explanation they gave us was that there had been an unforeseen problem, without any further explanation or guarantee that it would be open the next morning. The next morning it was open, so we decided to go there to relax a bit before continuing our trip. However, our moment of relaxation turned into a moment of suffering because the air was unbreathable, causing irritation to our eyes and nose, probably due to the treatment they applied. I find the way this 4-star hotel handled this situation unacceptable. We paid for a service that we didn't receive (the pool) or that was in terrible condition, and the hotel showed no care or attention to its guests."
