"Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there."

"The hotel staff is very customer-oriented, and Mar, in particular, exceeded all expectations: always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any guest issues. Mar created a very welcoming atmosphere, took great care of the guests, and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed her work. In contrast, the waiter Antonio shouldn't be serving guests; he started our breakfast and morning not with a 'good morning' but with a stern demand for our room number. It was clear he radiated a negative energy that affected other colleagues. After we reported it to the hotel, we saw a change, so he has the potential to be more friendly 😉. The hotel was cleaned daily, no complaints there. The hotel's location is superb – a great base for car trips to many places, and there's a bus stop (line 25) right outside for Alcazaba and Malaga Promenade."

"This is a really great place to stay if you're traveling solo. The single room has plenty of space, and using the bunk bed allows for good utilization of the space underneath. You can even watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV! The staff are all friendly, and you absolutely *must* try the breakfast! It's such good value for money and really sets you up for the day. For breakfast, if you've ordered it, you just go to reception in the morning to pick it up. It's not a buffet like other hostels, which surprised me a bit at first, but make sure to ask and get yours! I missed out on a day because I didn't know. The showers and toilets are cleaned every morning, so by evening they can be a bit messy. However, there's plenty of space and a good number of toilets, so it was still convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I came back! Highly recommend!"
