"Traveling to Banda Aceh, I immediately booked the highly-rated Hermès Palace Hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, surrounded by numerous local eateries within walking distance. However, we weren't used to the local cuisine, so we ate at the hotel restaurant throughout the trip. The selection was extensive, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, so there was no need to go out specifically to find food. As one of the top hotels in the area, the facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern and stylish design, making for a very pleasant stay. The bedding was soft, and a good night's sleep was incredibly restful, perfectly meeting the needs of a well-rested traveler. It's only a ten-minute drive from the Batu Rahmah Mosque, making it super convenient for sightseeing and everyday errands. Overall, the stay was excellent, and it's a great value for money choice in Banda Aceh. You can book with confidence when visiting Banda Aceh!"

"This hotel is really worth it. Location, cleanliness, service is very satisfactory. It's just that our room didn't have a window and it wasn't mentioned in the hotel information. All the popular places are walking distance. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but the food is all delicious"

"Easily the best budget hotel in Banda Aceh, i only wish i found it earlier. The rooms are spacious, equipped with wifi, cold a/c, kettle, wardrobe and desk plus bedside cupboard, super clean comfy bed and sparkling white linen, big bathroom with hot shower. Water dispenser in every corridor and indoor + outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. Ample secure parkingand super helpful staff - everything you want from a hotel, I highly recommend Plum Hotel."

"Staff services are attentive, superb with good attitude Value for money - location at the central of everything Breakfast is good One negative is the room with some smoking smell. I should have asked for non smoking and I hope they have"

"I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang."

"Really worth the money. The hotel is near to Masjid Raya Baiturrahman and in a walking distance. Very suitable for those travellers aim to go for frequent prayers at the mosque. Apart from that, the hotel located besides Blang Padang area which is local recreational area where you find local cuisines and place to enjoy Banda Aceh’s view"
