"This is my second time here. The staff are genuinely nice and will greet you every single time. I had an issue with the aircon not being cold enough. The technician, front desk are all very patient and attentive to my request. Reaction was quick and I also had a room change. The room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Amenities aplenty and will cater to your needs. I had a good three nights rest and a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This was a really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was really nice, modern and clean. I would recommend staying here. The only flaw I had in this room was when the air conditioning was on it it blew directly towards the blind which resulted in it tapping off the wall every 5/10 seconds. Which was fine during the day but when trying to sleep it was quite annoying. Maybe it was just my room but it did disturb my sleep. Other than this I cannot fault the hotel. It has a Indomaret and KFC within 1 minute walk which is helpful."

"Most people visiting Surabaya choose the zoo as an activity, and this hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area has a very local, bustling vibe. Right outside, you'll find many street food stalls similar to breakfast spots in China, especially on weekends when Jalan Progo turns into a vibrant market with countless snacks and sundry goods – truly a melting pot of cultures. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are excellent. While there's no bottled water in the room, the water dispenser on each floor is very convenient. Some toiletries need to be requested from the front desk, and the power outlets are only compatible with Indonesian plugs. The call to prayer around 4:30 AM is unavoidable, and the sound insulation from outside isn't great. The breakfast selection isn't vast, but it caters well to a 'Chinese stomach' with fried rice, fried noodles, and noodle soup. Coffee, milk, juice, and other beverages are also available, so you can definitely eat your fill. There's also an in-house coffee station on the ground floor. The service is very enthusiastic. Considering the price, you can't expect too much, but the staff consistently smiles, answers all questions, and even opens doors when you enter or exit – which is already quite impressive."

"It was raining when we arrived, and the area in front of the lobby was a bit muddy. When we got to the room, we found a leak. The front desk immediately sent someone to clean it up. We had an early check-in because we needed to freshen up before heading to the hospital. When we were about to leave, the receptionist informed us that our room would be moved to one without a leak. We were on the 17th floor and got moved to the 11th, with the same room size and facilities. Their service was quick and very friendly. The facilities are comprehensive, making it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The breakfast was all delicious, with a full range of menu options from traditional to modern dishes. The view from the rooftop pool was great, and there's also a kids' playground. What the kids loved most were the room facilities and the breakfast."

"This hotel is located in the Darmo area, within walking distance to Surabaya Zoo, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to the train station, Submarine Monument, and Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, making the location excellent and safe. I stayed here for three nights. The executive suite on the top floor offers great views, but the deluxe suite on the floor below would have been perfectly adequate. Both rooms are very spacious with two floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, enough to satisfy even a Chinese palate. A special thank you to the front desk staff for helping me find my wallet, which I had lost in the lobby!"

"I had a surprisingly great experience there, the whole place was super clean and had such a bright, welcoming energy. My room felt incredibly cozy, providing just the right atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. Most importantly, I actually got a solid night’s sleep because the bed was so comfy and the environment stayed nice and quiet. Honestly, I didn't run into a single issue during my time there. It’s the perfect spot if you just want a reliable, comfy, and chill home base!"

"The hotel is nice if you stay in the city for 1-2 days. Rooms are actually pretty small. First a booked one room but later I didn’t like it so I asked for the upgrade . The other room was very nice and clean. Also I took the breakfast but I didn’t like it a lot, cause there weren’t many options to eat."
